$10 Tuesday is for dogs like Daffodil!

Daffodil (now Dalia) is not just any dog; she’s a furry bundle of joy with a huge maternal instinct and a belly rub addiction that’s off the charts. Seriously, she rolls over for belly rubs so much that when I fostered her, we nicknamed her “the Rotisserie Chicken.” 🍗

In her forever home, Dalia has been an absolute superstar. With the help of her mom, Dalia passed her AKC Canine Good Citizen test with flying colors and has become a natural at spreading love. She’s even done visits with hospice patients at a senior facility, and let me tell you, she’s a hit! Dahli loves meeting all the people and making new friends – she’s basically the social butterfly of dogs.

Thanks for considering donating so dogs like Dalia can keep spreading sunshine!

Announcing the first Mutts of the Midway fundraiser of 2025: Will You Accept This Rosie?

Vote on Season 29 of The Bachelor to help us rescue more dogs in the New Year!

Donate to get votes to cast for this season's contestants. Every vote cast for the woman who receives The Bachelor's proposal will be entered in a raffle for a grand prize at the end of the season!

Vote throughout the season as many times and for as many contestants as you would like. Votes will be accepted until 6:59pm CT on Monday nights and open again after live episodes end. Your odds of winning will increase as the season goes on and so will vote prices.

A foster is needed for Chico! He has lived with other dogs and children.

If you can’t make a full-time commitment, temp fostering for two weeks is extremely helpful to keep dogs out of boarding and in a foster home.

Tumblewood is a confident boy who loves to explore and is always ready to learn and play! He is a social butterfly who loves to wag his tail. He does well with all dogs, big and small, and has gotten along with kids. He is passionate about his toys and loves to play, but will also decompress in his dog bed after a day of playing. He is also crate trained and has no problem going in the crate when asked.

Allison came to Mutts of the Midway with her 3 puppies; Teddy, Chico, and Anna. Her foster parents would describe her as cuddly; she loves cuddling up close on the couch with her foster parents. She gets an A++ at crate training and enjoys her crate; when she gets a toy she will bring it back to her crate and then come back to her foster parents looking for another toy and/or praise. She is eager to please! She has done well with learning commands like "sit and "stay. She can be timid at times, but she does warm up quickly. Allison is a homebody and prefers hanging out at home rather than going for walks. However, she is still active and a very excited girl who does enjoy playing.
