I have been out on yet another new walk. And today it was with my bestie Connie, and his strange human Luke 😁 and my sister Kaceyj Frith.

We went up and around at Mancetter quarry, and after yesterday's bath, I was determined to rectify moms mistake of getting dad to clean me! Mission accomplished, I found a nice stream with mud either side. I thought that would teach them.
Or so I thought, guess who's had yet another bath? 🤔 😒.

Today was really enjoyable, but boy was I tired this afternoon. I've had a good little sleep.

Now let's see what this evening brings 😉😜

Yesterday Anthony Frith aka Dad, took me and my big brother Oliver Frith out to yet another new place.

Dad was teaching me and Oliver recall. This involved Oliver using the clicker and the whistle, and me coming back.
The route was wet ant muddy in places, and took a little longer than expected.

After the walk, dad took us to Hoar Park Shopping and Craft Village for some food and a drink. I lay patiently under the table whilst Dad and Oliver ate their lunch. This was helping with my food manners and boundaries.

When we got home, Dad gave me a bath, and then I slept by the fire 🔥 on my new bed. Again teaching me about Boundaries and obedience.

I'm really enjoying being out and about with dad, he wants to show me so much.
But I'm wondering what he's going to teach me next.

I've had the bestest snuggle time this evening.
I love acting like a baby on the evening, and getting cuddled by everyone.
My big brother Oliver gives the best hugs. I know he will always look out for me.

Dad has worked me hard today.

First thing this morning dad made me wait for my dinner, again!
We then went for a walk before dad went off to work.
And then to my surprise, dad came home after a few hours (site was frozen apparently), so dad is working from home.

At lunch, dad took me up to the woods for a little bit of training and FUN!

Dad tried out the clicker and whistle for the first time outside. And he said that I did very well.

Dad has said, he will keep pushing my training, in preparation for some important work.

Good morning wonderful humans.

Yesterday was an eventful day. I got to spend time with my sister Kaceyj Frith throughout the day. She took me on a short walk to the playing field yesterday.
Everytime I tried to give her my ball, she'd throw it away. I don't think she likes my ball! In any case, it was quite fun chasing it down and bringing it back to her.

We then went home for meal no2, before heading out on a long walk. This was to work on my control on lead.

I also got to see my brother Oliver Frith last night and got some more snuggles. So yesterday was a great day.

This morning dad was super happy with me.
He put my food down and told me to sit and hold, to which I did until he told me I could eat.
Dad loved that I did as I was told and gave me a good fuss.

I can wait to see what dad wants to teach me going forward.

Hi everyone, I'm Charlie and I am looking forward to sharing my stories, or should I say Tales with you. I have seen and heard all about The Adventures of Jess, and wow, what an amazing dog 🐕 my predecessor was. I have some enormous paws to fill. I will never be the dog that Jess was, but that's OK. I am here to be me, and I am sure my new human family will love me regardless and in a super special way.

So, let's get started on my 1st full day with my human family.

Dad, aka Anthony disturbed my amazing puppy sleep this morning when he got up early. And here was me thinking that there was only one 5 o'clock in a day! Boy was I wrong. He made me my breakfast, which might I add, he made me get out of bed for 😳. Dad then took me for a wee wee. He then brought me inside for some belly rubs.
When mom aka Taylor Elms came down,she gave me lots more belly rubs and played with me.

Dad then made a phone call to a human named Luke, and arranged for me to go for a walk with Connie, whoever Connie was.
Dad put on my collar and lead and I gave mom a kiss goodbye, and off we went to meet Luke and Connie.

We walked for about 10 minutes to this Luke persons home, where dad introduced me to this psychopathic nutcase of a dog named Connie. He makes me nervous.

We all went for a walk together, where dad worked my training and exercising me.
After we walked down the canal, and came across two beautiful but vicious white swans. Dad, Luke and Connie went past, while I stood still, hoping that these hissing beasts could not see me. Dad, called me and I hesitated, so dad called me again, to which I made a run for it. And I made it.

Once home, dad said we were going to go on a little journey to collect my big sister Kaceyj Frith. She made a massive fuss of me, and looked after me for a couple of hours. Taking me for a walk and giving me snuggles. I love Kacey.

Mom and Dad have taken me to the pub to socialise with other dogs and people. It was quite relaxing.
I am now sat, relaxing in front of the fire 🔥, playing with my toy snake 🐍.

So I would like to introduce Charlie.....
Not a planned addition to the family and I personally felt like I wasn't ready to have a new dog after we lost Jess before Christmas.
I still find myself lost and I often get emotional as I miss her so much.
Last week just before my Birthday Anthony got a message, he was sent a photo of a little 8 month old dog, the owners were looking for a suitable family to rehome him.....
Anthony asked me if I would go and meet him.
From spending time with him we realised we couldn't walk away and as he jumped into the car we knew we would be taking him home.
I can not stress enough that Charlie is not a replacement however, he needed us....
It turns out that maybe we needed him too!!!!!
So we start a new chapter in The adventures of Jess, as we add Charlie's tales to the page....
We can't wait to see what adventures and stories we can tell and the places we can take Charlie.
He needs some serious training and might never be suitable to be a Therapy dog, but let's watch this space and see what happens to this crazy, loveable puppy as he continues to learn.
So lets welcome Charlie and look forward to his new adventures....

2023 saw a very sad goodbye to the beautiful Jess.
She will be remembered every day.
I was so lucky to have been part of her life and she taught me about communication and listening to others. I listened to her and we understood each other perfectly 😍
2024 is a new beginning, hopefully I will be able to start fresh and my aim is to build my new life in 2024.
Before Jess left us she taught me so much and chose the name of the new Puppy and also the name of another dog who will at some point come into our lives.
I want to train another therapy dog as I know how beneficial this is for young people.
Together me and Anthony will go from strength to strength and no matter what we have each others backs.
Some people doubt my strength but I have proven just how strong I am…
So 2024 we look forward to a new beginning, maybe a new fluffy four legged friend.
A new home, continuing with a strong relationship and a positive outlook!
Anthony Frith we are stronger together, my soul mate….
Let’s see 2023 out and welcome 2024 in with open arms!

So sad to announce that The Adventures of Jess has passed away today!

She will be missed and remembered by all who knew and loved her.
It will be strange to not hear the patter of her little paws behind me watching my every move as I make dinner. She was an amazing dog and I can honestly say she was one in a billion.

So we made it home safely and on the way we stopped off so I could stretch my legs and Dad could get a coffee and food. I had cottage pie and sausage for dinner and it was so delicious🥰
It had been snowing so we played in the snow and I met a very tall snowman.
I made paw prints in the snow.
Very sleepy now so off to bed.

Thank you so much for your kind words this evening, just returned home and I can’t wait to curl up in my bed with my favourite little fluffy toy dog…
I got to see real snow and a snowman ⛄️ on my way home!
Had an amazing time and I know my human family will want to come back to see you in the summer time.

Not the happiest of posts this evening but we had a very special guest this weekend when The Adventures of Jess came to stay!

We were honoured to host them for their final little adventure 😊

Give your four legged friends an extra big squeeze this evening and please show their page some love and support over the next few weeks ❤️

We wish we could make things different for them but unfortunately we can’t. But we can make sure that in the sad days to some they know that people out there care ❤️❤️❤️

Really didn’t have a good nights sleep!
The pain in my tummy is becoming unbearable now and the size of the lump has more than doubled!
I know I kept Dad awake last night with my crying and whimpering but I can’t help it!
I went and snuggled up next to him and tried to comfort him.
The medication helps with the pain but I can’t get comfortable and I know that it is only masking what is really going on…
The look of concern on my Dads face says it all and his tears tell me my time on this earth is coming to an end.
At least we have been together this weekend and I’ve had the best time.
I love you all very much.
