As we close out on 2024 and ring in a new year, we have some important changes to review with you. For over 2 years, we have prided ourselves on providing you with quality services without any major pricing changes. While we will continue to provide you with the same exceptional service, we do need to make some necessary pricing adjustments and a change to our operating policy. Please review the memo below for our changes being implemented in 2025.

We will be closed the rest of this week and be back in the shop Dec 30th. We will return any messages then, as we will be enjoying the holidays and spending time with family!

GOOD MORNING!! 😀

Lots of things to share on this lovely 1st day of November! I will apologize now for the lengthy post 😆, but soooo worth the read!

First off...

Today we celebrate our 2nd year in business!!! So many amazing things have happened in such a short time!! Mainly, we are so overwhelmed with gratitude for all of you!!! We have worked hard, and continue to do so, to make sure you and your fur babies have the best possible experience when they are here. Thank you so very much for all of the continued support and amazing relationships we have built with all of you and your pets!

Second, today is International Pet Groomer Appreciation Day! Groomers often are seen as having a "oh you get to play with puppies all day" job. While yes we do enjoy the many joyful experiences we share with them, we also happen to experience much more. Tears shed with pet owners over their loss of a beloved pet, we have bonded with them over the years and experience great sadness over the loss as well. The sometimes difficult pups who have anxiety, fear, aches and pains, and just plain dislike for certain aspects of the experience. We notice little things like maybe a new lump or bump, change in behavior, or maybe they picked up some unwanted pests from the outdoors. There is the daily p*e and poo experience, wearing more hair after a de-shed than your dog 😆, the abundance of dog slobber from head to toe, and yes, we get multiple showers daily haha. But, even with all the not so glorious aspects of the profession, one thing is always true, I love all of your individually unique pups and they will always and forever have a special place in my heart! ❤️ Groomers are special and they have a lot of passion and compassion for their job and your amazing fur babies. So even if it's not me you are appreciating today, please let your groomer know! 🫶🏻✂️🫧🐾

And lastly,

Today we are CLOSED for new and improved updates to our water system! It is very exciting! We will also have more updates to come in the near future for further updates, that we know you all have been anxiously awaiting!
