12 weeks old and still looking for homes! Bolt, Sweetie, Pippin, and Blair are spunky pups who need their forever families! From a long line of service dogs on their mom's side and therapy dogs on their dad's. Purpose Bred for service work for PTSD and autism. These pups going into homes help the program provide training for those in need.

The mom is 75 lbs white German shepherd and is a fully task trained service dog. The dad is a silver saddle who is 120 lbs therapy dog. Mom is 28 inches to the shoulder and the dad is 30 inches to the shoulder. Parents are AKC registered with health testing.
The drive should be high while the energy low to medium. These dogs are bred to be service dogs. Raised on puppy culture. Will have started potty training, basic obedience, and diversely socialized.

Just a little update on little lotti. At not yet 2 years old she is going out almost full time as a service dog now. She has very reliable heart rate and cortisol level alert, but we are still working on tactile stimulation and deep pressure therapy. She is still our wild and zoomy girl but takes her job in vest very seriously.
We unfortunately lost Laya last night for unknown reasons. She is being cremated and having an autopsy. Our pretty princess was our smartest girl, had the strongest personality, and of course our prettiest girl. She is greatly missed and we are just heart broken

Lotti went to her first wedding. She was a good girl! Even alerted a few times! A 3 hour car then a wedding is a long day for anyone but this one year old did great. Of course she got breaks when she asked but that just makes it better because she knows when to ask!

On this memorial day we remember all our lost service members including our passed board member Garry King. While many of us are starting a summer filled with adventures and sunshine, some are starting a summer missing someone special.
Storm finished his training hours as a therapy dog! His size is always a big talking point with the people we visit! Therapy dogs bring joy to people by getting pets, giving kisses, and just being there! Storm has the perfect personality for it! Dogs have to be well behaved, gentle, welcoming, and loving.
The very good boy Finnick is officially ready to start looking for his future handler! (the person he will be task trained for) His future handler would need to live within a one hour drive of Fayetteville AR and be able to train with Fin at least once a month for the next year to fully train the needed tasks. Service dogs learn to work and chill in almost any environment. Lotti at a year and a half has already been exposed to numerous things like volleyball practices, crowded stores and parks, restaurants, and now a graduation. Yesterday was a huge day exposed to her biggest and loudest event while also wearing a diaper because she is in heat. This is a huge accomplishment. Our hope is to train dogs who want to work through anything. Many female dogs can't work while in heat because of the added stress. Our job is to build confidence and a comfort bond between the handler and the dog that they can take on the world.

Very proud of Lotti today. Even with a boo boo she did great on our little outing. We are learning the new place command and working around distractions. This other dog was a great opportunity, he was being held very close as they passed us. Maybe Lotti set a good example for them.
Little lady Lotti has finally discovered the tethers. She can't decide which one she likes best. Tethers are a great way for dogs to entertain themselves outside.
More of the Lotti adventures. She doesn't care what is thrown at her! Singleton Shepherds has bred quite the dog. She is working her way onto becoming an amazing service dog and a great part of our program!

Week 6 for 3 month old Laya's service dog training. This week we mainly worked on leash walking. She is doing great! We had two 2 small outings this week, one of which was her first time training along with a trained service dog. We also tried on shoes for the first time!
Laya is on the road to being a service dog! At 11 weeks old it's all about patience and experiencing the world. During week one we worked on potty training, sit and lay down, create training, and going to dog friendly places like tractor supply and home depot!
