This is the photograph that accompanied Maya's complaint to the Dog Parent Online Operating Service (DOG POOS for short) , with the following comments:

'I asked for blue eyes, like mine and yes, his eyes are blue, but really, they are more like wishy washy blue, I asked for white/grey hair, like mine and yes, his hair is white/grey, but really, there is not a great deal of it, I asked for attractive, like me and yes, his looks pass for average at best but in the dog world he would be called a woofer, I also asked for a sparkling personality, like me, best we skip that altogether.
I give your service a solid 4/10 for accuracy and as you can see I am not very happy'
