Here’s some info on how we ask our clients to prepare for their appointments with us! ❤️💜🐶🐱
• We are a 100% mobile veterinarian service and we travel to your home for your visit! We have a large specialized 26ft long truck equipped with all of the typical veterinary equipment you would find in a standing veterinary facility. Similar in size to a mobile home! We offer a wide range of services for our patients including everything from annual wellness visits, to sick appointments, and even surgical procedures.
• Our trucks are equipped with standard scales, examination tables, pharmacy, lab-work equipment and much more, so we love bringing our patients on board for their mobile experience!
• For our canine companions, please have them ready in either a harness or collar with a leash attached to easily walk them out to our truck.
• For feline friends, we kindly ask you have them prepped in a carrier for safe and secure transfer onto our truck!
• If your furry friend has a history of anxiety or fear at the vet, please advise our staff upon scheduling so we can make a specialized plan if needed to keep your pet as comfortable and ready as possible.
• After scheduling your appointment we will always confirm with you the day prior, as well as alert you with an ETA on the day of your appointment once we’re headed your way!
• If we are seeing your fur baby for an appointment that might require a urine or stool samples for testing, please ask our veterinarian staff on instructions for appropriate collection methods or for additional ways to ensure we will be able to collect them for you at your appointment.
• At the end of your appointment we accept credit, debit, cash, care credit, and scratch pay. Please don’t hesitate to ask our team for more info on ways to save with coupons and rebate programs!
