Today Joe, owner of , helped me introduce our day trainers to the pack & as a result I got a rare photo of me with the dogs🩷

Day training is a structured program that offers off-leash reliability with the use of an e-collar that runs Monday-Friday for two consecutive weeks. Both Lindsey and Joe train the dog together the first week, and then Lindsey hikes the dog via SoulMutt on the second week.

Hi, I’m Lindsey! I was born and raised in the Gallatin Valley and am proud to call Bozeman home. My journey with animals began with my own dogs, Kaia and Rori, where I discovered a passion that would shape my career with opening my own dog hiking business. It’s extremely rewarding to be working for Black Diamond K9 because what we do in training directly compliments what I do with my pack hike pups. My journey continues to be driven by a love for dogs and a commitment to their well-being. Each day brings new opportunities to connect with dogs and their owners, fostering a community where everyone thrives.

Lindsey is a lifesaver. Without her professionalism and her attention to detail, we would not have been able to grow as a company, navigate our rebrand smoothly, and add our new services. I am so grateful to have Lindsey join the team!

Fired up Friday with the pack🔥

Not my usual content but I wanted to show off today’s group of hikers! Structure & training is a HUGE part of SoulMutt pack hikes. I continue to work very hard to ensure each pack member is on the same page which is how I’m able to take multiple dogs hiking off leash. The hikers love adventuring & playing while hiking but it’s important to ensure each pack member can be engaged simultaneously. A solid recall as well as a sit or down stay ensures maximum safety if there is any type of traffic on the trails (primarily wild life that would be super fun to chase🤪). I’m very proud of the SoulMutt pups continuing to make good, safe choices that allow them the freedom to happily hike off leash!💗
