MIDNIGHT DIESEL looking for his forever home 💙

DOB 20/12/2018

Diesel last raced in October 2023 and is now looking for a pet home.

Small for a male greyhound at 29kg (my boys are 39kgs) he is up to date with his vaccinations, microchipped and will be desexed next week.

Good with small dogs and children been told he’ll make a lovely pet

BEAUTIFUL BLUE GREYHOUND LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME 💙

This a Jack! A 3-year-old blue brindle greyhound. His race name was "Unlawful Exit"

Jack is looking for a new home only due to a relationship breakdown and being forced to relocate back to Brisbane.

He is a gentle boy who adores a scratch and a cuddle but also enjoys his alone time.

He is friendly with small dogs and children.

Not suitable in a home with cats or chickens.

He walks perfectly on a lead and is house trained.

He can walk upstairs but sometimes has trouble getting back down depending on the stairs.

He has no food aggression and loves all treats.

He is a wonderful loving boy with a big heart. He can be a little shy at first, but once he realises that you give pats, you are his favourite person.

He will come with his harness, lead, bed, and jumper.

He is up to date with all vaccinations. Documents will be provided.

Minimal adoption fee will apply

I am sorry to say I will no longer be rehoming greyhounds due to so many being ‘given away’ on places like Gumtree by owners/trainers, no one wants to pay an adoption fee 🤷‍♀️

After having 2 dogs here recently for several weeks without a single enquiry I had to return them to the trainer

Unfortunately some dogs picked up off Gumtree have ended up being surrendered to rescues because they’re unsuitable and the owner/trainer they got them from won’t take them back.

So if you do decide to go down this track just make sure you can return the dog if things don’t work out.

Happy to say I’ve rehomed close to 100 greyhounds over the time I’ve been doing this. I’m still in contact with most of the owners and know they are still in their forever homes 💕

Last month I advertised Moose who was the first greyhound puppy I’ve been asked to rehome

Happy to report that Moose was adopted last weekend after all his vet work was completed and is now living with his new family and settling in really well 💕

Betty is now looking for her forever home

DOB: 2 June 2018

Very affectionate, loves doing zoomies so a decent size back yard would be ideal

Comes desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and teeth scaled and cleaned

Located in Dubbo but the trainer is prepared to transport Betty up at her expense if a home can be found in Qld

Trustworthy trainer who has always given me beautiful dogs to rehome

UPDATE: thank you for the overwhelming response to adopt Moose. The perfect home has been chosen so once vet work is complete he will be going straight to his new home .

Currently 12 weeks old and arriving here late March after vet work completed

Moose unfortunately broke a hind leg at only a few days old so will never be a race dog so lucky for someone else he will make a wonderful pet.

Growing up with Tenterfield Terriers so used to small dogs and I would highly likely be good with cats not having raced and if introduced while still a pup

30kg and turning 3 on 28 March, Lenny is one of those rare greys that I get to rehome that is already living in a household so is house trained AND currently living happily with a toy poodle and young children.

He will be arriving here on 10 March after having all his vet work done

Gorgeous Alfie went to her new home today and will be a farm dog on a 100 acre dairy farm in Dalby 💕

Had to drive her to Aratula to drop her off and after she travelled all the way home on the sons lap, she’s now settling in great and they love her to bits

I will never tire of rehoming dogs with happy endings ☺️

Ever heard the expression “let sleeping dogs lie”? This saying has its roots in common sense- dogs don’t always like to be woken up! ‘Sleep Startle’ is something that can present in any breed but is especially prevalent in greyhounds.
