CAT CAFE in Ibiza ☕ ⁉️ 🐈🐈 ⁉️ >^.^<
For the past few months, everything twist around Cafe Gato!
Hundreds of talked nights, discussions, exchanged experiences, knowledge and energy, which is the driving force to create this amazing place on the map of Ibiza.
We will do it! Cats are watching us. 💪💪💪

The project was born out of need and it is my answer to the high homelessness and mortality of cats on the islands. Cats are part of city life here and need such a place.
My goal is to improve, socialize and adapt homeless cats to function in home conditions and to build a bond between people and cats, thus increasing the chances of adoption and promote positive practices of helping animals.

CAFÉ GATO for cats and cat lovers! I want to create a space that connects both these worlds. In the cafe, apart of local coffee and home-made cakes, you will be able to relax and calm down in the company of cats. And by the spending a good time you will help the homeless cats of Ibiza 💙
I dream of a place where cats will feel at home, where every resident will find their own warm corner and perhaps their best friend in the future.
My vision is a modern extension of the animal shelter, but instead of in cages, cats will live in furnished rooms, where they will learn what a sofa, chair, carpet and what a toilet is for.
Getting used to the home conditions at Café Gato will help to reduce the risk of throwing adopted cat back onto the street and increase the chances of a real home and family forever. 💙

Where the idea for the Cafe Gato come from?
Café Gato is the answer to all the needs of my soul. It is created thanks to the great love for all animals, especially cats, space design, patterns, colors, ceramics, coffee brewing, baking cakes and valuable relationships.
I also plan to create Catelier - a place that will be a connection for local artists and cat lovers. We creatives meet & co-create!

I like both patterns and I couldn't decide. It's good that you chose for me. You gave me faith and I like the logo even more now :) and thanks to that I already have the demo of the page. I will publish everything soon. Sure we can always do better, but thinking this way is difficult to take first step. Sometimes you have to say "this is good enough" and just do it because the "right moment" is today.💙

As you know, I'm at the stage of preparing Café Gato and today I received a brilliant gift from a nice stranger on the island. Another CAT stood in my way.. Gato Suarez is his real name 😻 Is this destiny?

Gato has indeed offered me technical support and will create a website for Cafe Gato - your, our, cat cafe 😻✨

He absolutely loves this place! Gato knows every inch of this magical island by heart. He first got to know the island by exploring on foot and hitch-hiking. He met many cats on his way, and now he decided to help build Cafe Gato 💖🐾 Thats the best news of my day! Ibiza is always full of surprises!

I want to create a cafe where Ibiza's cats will live. In good faith, in order to promote positive practices of helping animals. I dream of a place where cats will feel at home, where every cat will find their own warm corner and maybe their best friend in the future.

Something like a modern extension of a pet shelter, but instead of in cages, cats will live in furnished rooms, where they will learn what is a couch, sofa, armchairs, carpet are for and what the toilet is for. If somecat will lucky and adopted, the next resident, Cafe Gato, will come in his place.

A half year ago I found these five helpless cats wedged in the wheel of a used car. After a few hours, I managed to get them out of there. After 6 weeks of feeding, they found a happy home and family. Mom was sterilized and released into the world. I can't believe that these lovely creatures are over half a year old now.

However, we do not stop at these five! There are many more such homeless cats on the island. I want more other cats to find their real home and their best friend forever.
And that's how the idea of Cafe Cato was born :)

Hace medio año encontré a estos cinco gatos indefensos encajados en el llanta de carrode un automóvil usado. Después de unas horas, logré sacarlos de allí. Después de 6 semanas de alimentación, encontraron un hogar y una familia felices. Mamá fue esterilizada y liberada al mundo. No puedo creer que estas adorables criaturas tengan más de medio año ahora.

Sin embargo, ¡no nos detenemos en estos cinco! Hay muchos más gatos sin hogar en la isla. Quiero que más gatos encuentren su hogar real y su mejor amigo para siempre.
Y así nació la idea de Cafe Cato :)
