Hi everyone,

I’d like to introduce you all to Kassidy.
Kassidy just turned 18, is going into her senior year of high school this fall, and started working with us in June.

With her parents permission, I’m sharing Kassidy’s story.
Kassidy is looking for a living kidney donor as she is in acute kidney failure and has been sick since she was 6 years old.

I am providing the link to her go fund me page to help support Kassidy and her family when they’ll need time off of work to take care of her after she hopefully finds a donor and receives a transplant.

I know you all may not have interacted or met Kassidy yet but I can assure you that she absolutely loves your dogs. She comes to work everyday happy and excited to see them. Despite her hardships, she not only perseveres but loves coming to work to be with the dogs who have become very therapeutic for her.

Kassidy is also in the ICU right now because she’s having trouble with her blood pressure and was only just released last week after recovering from a stomach infection.

No one, let alone a young girl should be fighting this type of battle.

I fell in love with dogs at a young age, I grew up with them and have always had at least one dog in my life. I found my passion in learning how their emotions work, how they feel, how they act, and who they are individually. Not one dog is the same, and here at Miss Drew’s we want to accommodate every unique breed of dog and their needs. Whether your dog needs daycare for exercise, socialization, play time with friends, or a pupcation - Miss Drew’s is here to make it their best day ever, everyday.
