We also wanted to let y’all know that at the end of night, we were talking with the venue and and they said that we were the best group they have had in there. They said everyone was super nice, friendly, helpful, and just overall a fun, good group.

So THANK YOU for being that. We sure love our horse family ❤️❤️

We have some FANTASTIC items in our silent auction this weekend including…

All inclusive blues tickets donated by Josh & Keri Henry! The Game date to be agreed upon with ticket holders.

2 seats in Section 114T Row EE… the Together Credit Union Terrace. Food, drinks, ice cream included with waitress and private bathrooms! soda, bottled water, wine and beer included. Hard liquor and mixed drinks are not included.

We are still accepting items for our auction!!

We are just under 2 weeks away from our banquet and party! We are so excited and have about 150 people coming

The party is November 5th!

During the party, we are going to have a silent auction to aid as a fundraiser for the clubs and hopefully fund future years of this series!

We are looking for donations for this auction. We would like a list prior to the event so we can be prepared and make sure we have adequate space in the banquet hall for the items.

Examples (but not limited) of items we have thought of:

-new tack (nothing used please!)
-gift certificates to local businesses (restaurants, automative/oil changes, western stores, boutiques, etc)
-hand made items (halters/tack, blankets, jewelry, art/decor)
-gift baskets (themed, beauty supplies, horse supplies, etc)

We would love help from our members to reach out and help collect donations! Please reach out to any of the clubs or message this page if you collect something or wish to donate something.

Just a reminder that Marion County saddle club show(Salem/Iuka) has been moved to King City saddle club in Mt. Vernon. Showbill is the same just a location change.

Final OMC show is this weekend!

HEY EVERYONE WE HAVE MOVED OUR 8/27 SHOW TO KING CITY SADDLE CLUB! Trainers start at 6:00pm $450 added hope to see everyone there!! This is also our 2nd show of O.M.C. series! Last show of the year and don’t forget Marion county is doing year end buckles!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pay your Christmas party tickets this weekend! We have to have a 100% head count for food by sept 1. If you don’t have a ticket - you can’t eat!! Remember - this party is also a Christmas party for the ENTIRE 3 clubs. So Okaw will be giving their pleasure awards that night too.

Tickets have to be paid for by Sept 1st for food count!! If you don't pay by sept 1, you won't get to eat!

Remember: There will be 4 different award ceremonies. Okaw saddle club will do all of theirs (pleasure & speed), Marion County will do their, Casey Saddle Club will do theirs, and then we will do the winners for the OMC series.

$12 per adult and $6 per kid will get you a meal and live music by Jake Hoult!

This is not the season we had planned for with the rain 🤣🙃

But - each club has had 1 show so far! We will get points updated on here in the near future so people know where they are standing.

Our caterer wants us to give them a headcount by Sept 1. Therefore, we need payment and how many in your party by Sept 1.

Remember for the price of the ticket you get a full meal, live music, and Christmas party/awards for Okaw Saddle Club, Marion County Saddle Club, and Casey Saddle Club.

You can sign up for the party at any of the shows or you can mail in your form. If you want to mail it in, you can send it to PO Box 628 Casey, IL 62420. If you mail it in - please keep the top 2/3 of this form and mail us the bottom 1/3 and your payment. You can also pay via paypal and we will send you your ticket to the party.
