🔔 hi everyone! i just wanted to refresh some policies that have been in place for a while now.
🐶 from now on there will be a $10 fee added for being more than 30 mins late to your drop off or pickup. i understand traffic and unexpected events do happen. communication is KEY for JHAFH. so please, as i always ask, update me when you are headed our way, when you have arrived, and when your eta is when you’re coming from hours away! it will save us all the time and hassle in the end!
🐱 the 25% deposit due upon booking is still in effect & it applies to everyone, it also counts as the cancellation fee. i only accept zelle, cashapp, or venmo. i prefer no cash please.
🐶 a refresh of prices of course, $25/day for boarding +$5 each additional dog. (ex. 2 dogs = $30/day)
when checkins start back up, they start at $17/day (cats) and go up depending on distance of the home. $28/day (varies) for dogs depending on distance.
🐱 if the dog or cat is picked up earlier than scheduled, you will not be refunded. but we do understand that leave gets funky sometimes so it will go towards your next booking of course. same goes for checkins; if you arrive earlier than expected such as a day(s) you will not be refunded for the day(s).
🐶 we also HIGHLY recommend your dog is familiar with the crate as they will be crated when we are away on errands and or at bedtime.
🐱 last but not least, we accommodate to every dog and cat. we handle all sizes, breeds, and temperaments very very carefully. all we ask is that you communicate with us on any past history’s your pet has had!

Hi everyone! As always we thank you for your support in our business! We have decided due to the new clientele that we will be making a few new rules and policies.
1. We will now require 25% of the total stay amount upon booking. (Ex. Total is $180. Due upon booking is $27 and $153 due at drop off or first day checkin.) We've had many who cancel or don't show up to their stay so this is to ensure we are both serious about the booking.
2. If you decide to cancel, we will consider rule #1 as your cancellation fee.
3. If you pick your pups' up earlier than expected we will not issue a refund for the days remaining. Same with checkins & Vice versa.
4. Drop off times VARY DAILY. I will get in touch with you a few days, if not a week, before your booking to confirm a date & time. Please be mindful as this is not our main career yet.
5. You MUST show up on time. NO EXCEPTIONS. This goes for drops off and pick ups. If you're late by 30 minutes or more it will be an additional $15. If the $15 is not paid, we will not care for your pets anymore. Most times we have others behind you waiting to drop off or pick up so being on time is key for us.
6. If you need to extend their stay last minute it will be an additional $15-$30 (varies) due to it being last minute.
7. Your pets MUST be on a leash & please have them use the bathroom before entering JHAFH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. You MUST follow our business page that way you're able to keep up with daily/weekly information and updates!
9. You MUST message our business page ONLY. It makes the process easier for you and i.

We also have changed our pricing which will be starting 5/24/2021. Any bookings made after that time will be charged the following...
Boarding : $20 / Day - 1 Dog
$5 each dog after the first one.

Checkins : $17 / Day (cats) within radius
$21 / Day (cats) outside of radius
$30 / Day (dogs) within radius
$35 / Day outside of radius

We have some news! JHAFH will be closed in the upcoming 4-6 weeks for 2 weeks. We are devastated to be closed for even just a little while but it’s definitely something unavoidable! We ask all of our clients to be patient with us & to be mindful! 😊

NEW POLICY AND CONDITIONS!!!
Hello JHAFH clients & furbabies! 🐾
PLEASE READ IF YOU PLAN ON BOOKING SOON‼️
This is a post to clarify all the new terms and conditions here at JHAFH!
🐶 From now on, there will be only an acceptance of 3 clients at a time!
🐱 Payments will be collected at the time of drop off or first day of checkins by 11am!
🐶 Referrals from an existing client to a new client will be $10 credited to each other's stay! (Must state who referred you)
🐱 A cancellation fee of $15 will be applied if you cancel less than 2 weeks before your stay/check in. (Only because I have reserved that spot for you & it could have went to someone else.)
🐶 There also will be a $15 hold fee (deposit) to hold your spot and it will go towards your overall total!
🐱 We ONLY accept Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle. My usernames are listed below:

🐶 If you plan on boarding soon, PLEASE work with your pup/s on the crate! If you need help starting it with them, I can assist but we strongly encourage our clients to work on the crate at least a month prior. Ways to start are to start feeding them in their crate! Due to past incidents, it will help avoid self harm!
🐱 Drop off times have changed. Drop off times are 10am-7pm. Pickup times are 11am-630pm. *we strongly encourage to drop off the night before if you have an early start the next day, drop off the night before is completely FREE! ✨
