You’ll find a custom salad mix of 8 different varieties: Broccoli, Amaranth, Leeks, Mustard, Arugula, Kohlrabi, Kale, Red Cabbage. Also a new 3-Way where we package Mustard, Broccoli & Amaranth together (not mixed) as well as a basic salad mix with a splash of Amaranth, plus a few singles of Mustard, Broccoli, Amaranth and Basic Salad Mix.
