Happy 2024!
It’s been awhile- I will be back in the grooming shop Monday the 15th.

Couple of reminders:
- with the colder, snowy weather please allow extra travel time to and from appointments. If you do NOT feel safe on the roads, please reschedule. Your safety is more important. If we need to reschedule due to weather I will try my best to get you in as soon as I can.

-Reminder all pets MUST be current on rabies and distemper/parvo vaccines prior to their appointment and I need to have a copy on file. If I do not have these, the appointment will be cancelled. I try my best to send reminders the week before.

I can not wait to see all the fur babies again and get them looking and feeling their best.

Saw him this morning on 151. He is very scared and fast!

Apollo is still on the run in Monticello! We can’t give up on this little man! He was spotted a few hours ago closer to AWF! If you have a live trap, set it, with some wet food!

Hi friends! It has been awhile since posting 😅 I wanted to give everyone an update and go over a couple housekeeping items.

1. I am currently not taking any new clients or pets.

2. Our family of two will soon be a family of 3 later this year! I will head out on maternity leave the week of Thanksgiving and plan to be back mid January.

3. Reminder that all pets need to be current on required vaccines (distemper/parvo and rabies) prior to the time of their appointment and we MUST have a a copy in our records.

4. Lastly, if you need to cancel an appointment please try to allow 24+ hours notice. I am also human and understand things may arise. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less may result in a cancellation payment. Late arrival to an appointment 10 mins will have a late fee and 15+ min late arrival will result in appointment cancellation.

Hi everyone- with the new year I wanted to take a moment and remind everyone of a few policies and updates to existing ones.

Policy update as of 1/1/2023, will also be posted in the salon.
• Vaccines- please make sure we have a copy of current vaccines prior to the appointment time. We are required by the state to have this on file. I try and check vaccines a week ahead of time and send out reminders, but it can get busy. I, myself will try to be better.
• Cancellations/No shows- our grooming schedules fill up quickly! Last minute cancellations or no shows can leave an empty space that could have otherwise been filled by another client. Please try to allow 24 business hours for cancellations. I am also human and understand things can come up. 10 min arrival after scheduled time will be charged an additional $10. 15+ min arrival after scheduled time will result in appointment cancellation. Multiple (2) last minute cancellations/no shows will require payment prior to rescheduling. Multiple (3+) last minute cancellations/ no shows may result in client termination.
