Welcome Dodger the lab/ German Shorthair cross to HDDT. Dodger is here for 4-week e-collar program. Dodger can be very naughty and we are going to teach him better skills.. Dodgers is also brother to Tucker who graduated a couple months ago. Looking forward to his progress.

The good boy McCoy is back for a one week refresh. McCoy is here so that we can build some confidence around other dogs. McCoy was attacked pretty badly by a friends dog camping. His amazing owner knows that she may be creating more issues with him around other dogs because she’s very nervous now. We are giving him good experiences and building confidence. He’s doing absolutely fabulous while he’s here. Pictures of his bite in the pictures.

Welcome Scout to the 3 week program club. He’s so sweet and has some bad habits we need to address. Scout pulls very hard on the leash. He gets over excited when he sees other dogs, he doesn’t know how to be neutral to people when in the home, he jumps on guests when greeting people. We will give him the tools to learn how to be a better dog. He’s a big sweetheart.

Welcome Bella to High Desert Dog Training. Bella is here for four week all the things program. She is very sweet but needs to learn how to greet people politely and calm down. We also need to work on her potty behavior. Looking forward to working with this sweet little thing.

Welcome Walter to High Desert Dog Training. Walter will be focusing on potty training behavior. We will also be focusing on some socialization, and leash walking skills along with other basics skills.

Welcome Finn to HDDT, finn is here for 3 Week program. We are focusing on how to greet people politely, leash walking, sit, down and settle. We will also be reinforcing potty behavior.

Thank you Louie and Jino for the amazing review. “ High Desert Dog Training, I can’t express how grateful we are for the transformation of our rescue guy, Louie. He is so proud of himself, he gained so much confidence. I did too.😁 The outings with other owners and their dogs were so rewarding. He walks better on a leash, walks with other dogs, got to ride in an elevator, walk in a store, walk the river and marina. All of this while practicing his commands. His progress was super amazing! He was so happy to see Karen. He had to show her some love. I believe he wanted her to be proud. Thank you Karen and Marisol. Our life with Louie is better.
