What do we offer in our services?

At K9's of Karalee, we offer professional dog walking services that are tailored to meet your furry friend's specific needs. Our 30-minute walks are priced at $15 for a one-on-one session with your dog. For owners of multiple dogs, we charge an additional $5 per dog.

During each walk, we ensure that your dog has as much freedom as possible and offer them chilled, filtered water halfway through each walk. If your dog is more active, we are happy to customize their walks to include running and additional time to walks.

Since our walks are one-on-one, your dog doesn't have to be the most social dog in the world. This allows for more personalized time with your furry friend and the freedom to walk at their own pace.

As a lifelong dog lover and owner, I understand the importance of providing our dogs with the exercise, attention, and love they need to thrive. However, I also understand that life can sometimes get in the way of giving our dogs the daily walks they deserve. Terms and Conditions for our services:

Below are a list of non-exclusive Terms and Conditions for all services rendered by K9's of Karalee. By agreeing to services rendered, one agrees that they have understood the Terms and Conditions below, and agree to be bound by them in full capacity.

1. Services: The dog walking services provided by K9's Of Karalee will be carried out with the utmost care and attention. The services will be provided on a regular or occasional basis, as requested by the client and approved by the servicer.

2. Health and Safety: The client agrees to ensure that their dog(s) are up to date with all necessary vaccinations, and flea and tick treatments, and are in good health before using our services. The client also agrees to provide K9's Of Karalee with any relevant information about their dog(s) health, including but not limited to, allergies, medication, and any behavioral issues.

3. Liability: K9's Of Karalee will take all reasonable care of the dog(s) in our care. However, we do not accept any liability for any matters not considered reasonably foreseeable, such as incidental loss or damage to the animals whilst services are being rendered. By the same metric, K9's of Karalee will take all reasonable precautions but cannot be held directly liable for any third-party property or injury to any person(s) caused by the dog(s) whilst services are being rendered.

4. Cancellations: The client may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing K9's Of Karalee with at least 24 hours' notice. If the client fails to provide sufficient notice or fails to be present at the scheduled time and location, K9's Of Karalee reserves the right to charge the full fee for the service.

5. Payment: The client agrees to pay the fees for the services provided by K9's Of Karalee in full, in advance, or at the time of service, as agreed with K9's Of Karalee. Fees may be paid by cash, bank transfer, or other literally agreed-upon methods upon booking.

6. Termination of Services: K9's Of Karalee reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect if the client breaches these terms and conditions or if we determine that it is not safe or appropriate to continue to provide services to the dog(s).

7. Confidentiality: K9's Of Karalee will not disclose any confidential information about the client or the dog(s) to any third party without the client’s prior consent, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia/Queensland and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia/Queensland.
