I haven't posted in awhile, and im sorry about that.
I was working with Grapes on basic obedience. She has been doing well with her leash manners, as long as she gets the consistency of the on leash obedience. I will now be working with her off leash skills.
She has a high, very high prey drive and I am going to be working through that. I will give her a job to keep her busy but I will be working on off leash recall, healing, downs, and I add some fun things to keep it interesting for the dog. She will have more freedom when she goes hiking, her owner will have more fun and will learn the techniques and tools, to keep her safe.

Taking clients: one on one training and will meet you, will board and train your dog.

Big or small you can still get them to where you need them to be. Be consistent, and have patience. As a dog trainer, I enjoy seeing progress in dogs, they are capable of so much. It just takes time.

One of the clients I have worked with is looking to re-home their male American Eskimo, he’s around 2yrs old. I have not worked with this dog, I have only worked with their other dog. He’s a good dog, needs obedience work. Need more info text me and I’ll get more to you.

The best part of having a dog I can trust. I always use safety when off leash. I love when my dog can have the freedom she needs.

It’s rewarding to me to see a dog pick up a command. I have learned from different breeds that some take more time then others. Be patient and consistent.

I have been having the privilege to work with Rocky and his owner, in a private lesson program with basic obedience. Just nice on leash skills and working around distractions. He’s very smart and an energetic boy. The owner is hoping to qualify him to be a service dog for her son. We have a ways to go before anything happens. Great dog to work with!

On leash obedience is so important. I love that I can have a pack without being pulled down the road. Even though some dogs are small/medium they can still pull and be annoying.

I haven’t posted in awhile. Been very busy with work.

She did so well today. We did basics in the store and learned to be calm and relaxed. I had a little boy come up and almost pet her, but then he asked before. She was in a down position and I said he could. Rosa did very well, stayed in her down position, she was very interested in smelling the boy but kept her position. I was very proud. She’s a very good dog

Worked with this awesome girl Tuesday and today (Thursday). Shes doing just a good job and starting to be calm and comfortable in public. doesn’t like weird noises but we are working on it.
