today is meat 🍖 day. we never feed plantfood and meat together. Meat requires a different pH to digest. It also requires a lot of energy to digest. Mostly we let her rest on meat days. she had deskinned raw cornish hen with all fat removed and incl. bones, beafheart and liver. After meat days we fast her for min. 24 hours to give her digestive system a rest and make space for the next plant/fruits. When you feed plants and meat together there will be a process of fermentation in the gut. That leads to bloat and gas. Not to mention the waste which leads to illness, better symptoms like itching, yeast and inflammation in ears.
