Successful Anti-Rabies Drive by RPF under VVMC in Virar East

🐾** Safety First!** 🐾

Yesterday the RPF in collaboration with the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation (VVMC), conducted a successful anti-rabies drive in Virar East. This crucial initiative aimed at vaccinating stray dogs and spreading awareness about rabies prevention.

👏 **Highlights of the Drive:**
- **Vaccinated Over 65 Dogs**: Ensuring the safety of both the animals and the community.

Together, we have prevented the birth of countless pure souls, making a significant impact on the lives of these animals and our communities. This achievement is a testament to our shared commitment and compassion.

We at RPF and the entire team thank you all for making this milestone possible. We look forward to continuing this crucial work together in the future.

Stray animals are dependent in a big way, on the leftovers and surplus scrap food from restaurants & households. As, COVID-19 virus is occupying our lives, it is affecting the stray and homeless animals more than us. Support in feeding street-bound animals.

Heavy blood spots makes them suspicious and while searching the source they found a Champ who's leg was bleeding out. It was reported in Rroaming Paws 🐾 WhatsApp group. When we contacted reporter Suraj he said the dog is beeding and no one attended him, but when our doctor called Suraj for location, Suraj informed our doctor that one other doctor has come and doing the dressing.
Next day same champ case to us and we called Suraj because for us champ was attended and treatment was started then Suraj told us earlier doctor did the dressing and all but it need better treatment and he also told about Aditya, champ lives near aditya building. Ravi who is activist in that area helped Aditya in dressing and taking champ to the vet. Finally champ treatment was started and we kept champ in foster care for better care and quick recovery.
