Reminder to check your cat’s nails! Also check the nails of your parent’s cat, even check the nails of the cat of a friend 😁 occasionally cat nails overgrow and can press against and even embed into the pad, especially senior cats who no longer scratch and maintain their nails.

Keep you cat comfortable and happy with a quick nail trim.

Just a beautiful kitty relaxed after a bath and brush out. She was mellow-yellow 🍯 most cats handle grooming well (I’m not just saying so!) (Yes- even bathing) and both cat and cat family benefit from regular grooming. I offer services from quick nail trims to full service bathing and hair cuts. Flashback to this princess who needed a makeover a month ago. After an unfortunate experience at a nearby salon I was chosen to groom her which I did both safely and compassionately. A beautiful finish is nothing without treating a pet with care and dignity through the grooming process. Now she looks and feels wonderful 💝

To the high volume salon that turned this guy away: you missed out on a really sweet dog. Oh, he’s the best. What a warm greeting when I arrive. I get wags and sniffs and a couple kisses, he curiously watches me as I set up. A little unsure of getting started but not everyone loves water. But then, who couldn’t love scratchies on your favorite hard-to-reach spots?

No one told him before so I had to tell him.. “Morgan, grooming …
❌ isn’t scary!
❌ isn’t uncomfortable!
❌ isn’t fast paced or rushed!
🗣 grooming is rewarding!
🗣 grooming feels great!
🗣 grooming means praise and treats and massages and maybe personalized songs about you that your family catches bits and pieces of from the other room 🤷‍♀️

I remind him every visit, because these are my truths. And for Morgan and all pets, they matter!
