We have a few newcomers to the Harmony family, I’d like to welcome Bo and Ozzy, two wonderfully smart pups, they are both going to be a lot of fun!!! Also after a couple weeks off little Miss Naya is back out on the road with me, on our adventure we stopped by a local store to do some greetings and confidence building, looks like those little pups love Naya as much as we do!
No matter how prepared you think you are your heart is never really ready to say goodbye! Today we had to say goodbye to my four legged sister, We got 13 beautiful years with our lady girl, I remember the day very clearly, picking her out of a bunch of other adorable little pups. I scooped her up and convinced everyone she was the one. They wanted a brindle dog lol we won’t judge. Lady was something special, she was always there to talk back, play hard and love harder. She loved to be around the kids when they were swimming, so much so that I remember the day she fell into the pool! Lady couldn’t swim, she sank! Unfazed by falling into the pool she continued to stand at the top of the stairs and enjoy the kids playing in the pool for years to come. I will miss seeing you stand at the top of the stairs my lady girl…🐾❤️🐾
This is what 3 months of growing big and strong looks like… Brodie is a big goofy, sweetheart! I can’t believe how big he has gotten in such a short period of time. 🐾❤️🐾

This is Hugo, he came to visit me at the Dojo the other day. His humans and pup brother are some of the original members of K9 Harmony; I was so super excited to meet this guy, I am a little worried he thinks he’s a cat!!! Hugo will be the 1st cat trained with us, don’t worry buddy, we got you!!! 🐾❤️🐾🐶😻🤷🏼♀️🤪

It’s been a busy couple of days, K9 Harmony pups paid a visit to the Doggy Dojo puppy social, Shadow and Naya became fast friends, they both had big moments conquering the scaling wall… we also had a home visit with little miss Ruby where she practiced waiting her turn to go down the stairs, she’s a 5 month old little superstar ⭐️ and of course a fun outing with the one and only Dew! ❤️🐾❤️

I took a break from being a trainer today 🤪 my boy Garth and I paid a visit to the Doggy Dojo: Train, Play, Rescue puppy social. We had some nice socialization time and got to do some physical exercise! It was a good time had by all 🐾❤️🐾
I don’t think I have shared this cuteness overload yet, this is Horacio and Phyllis. Horacio is a little under confident. Phyllis is a little overconfident. It’s been so much fun, balancing these two out. Their humans are wonderful and working hard with them and it’s paying off… 🐾❤️🐾

Henry can take any hard day and spin it right around, he has this superpower of knowing when the heart is heavy and your spirit is down, it took him all of 3 seconds to bring a smile to my face. I love this dude!!! I’m so grateful to have him in my life 🐾❤️🐾
Day off today, except I can’t stay away from the love of any pup! 🐶 One of my very 1st clients Mr. Cooper makes sure i know how much he loves me every time I see him 🐾❤️🐾

We had a fantastic session today at Tractor Supply with Chewy and Brody! Chewy is working on his manners around other dogs and Brody is working on expanding his “puppy brain” 🤪 they looked like pros today! I’m so proud of them and their humans, we had many distractions to work through; balls bouncing, shopping carts, strangers all adding to the success of today. Lastly a big shout out to the employees at this tractor supply for making us feel so welcome… 🐾❤️🐾

The dude siting with the big smile is Terrence , he is hanging with Howie and his humans for now, they are doing a fantastic job fostering Terrence but he really deserves a wonderful forever home. With the warm weather rolling in, it is a wonderful time to help us save lives! We have an immediate and urgent need for fosters and as a foster based rescue, we cannot continue to save lives without homes that are willing to love them temporarily!

⭐️Supportive group of volunteers for any questions that could arise🐾

Woohoo! Ozzy and his human had a great session at tractor supply today, after a little leash work and human greetings, Ozzy took “place” up on the bags and worked focusing on mom while some pretty big distractions happened around him! So proud of the work they are doing! 🐾❤️🐾

I’m a little late on welcoming our new comers from last weekend… I was star struck! Had some big celebrities join the Harmony family. 1st up, entering the ring at a hefty 112lb is the one and only Apollo! 2nd on the all star line up is the one and only Ozzy performing center stage!!! And of course we can’t forget about the funny guy Howie, rounding out the celebrity crew! It’s only Wednesday and we already had some super star training sessions, Michelle and Zoey killing it, working through some big distractions together and the adorable Mr. Brody on his first outing with K9 Harmony! Last but definitely not least is the beautiful Ms. Sandy and her glamour photo shots

Had some fun with my regulars today, Mr. Dew worked hard to overcome his fears in the store and Miss Sandy taking on the big scary trail, of course that was after some soliciting of belly rubs 🤣🐾❤️🐾
Man this warms my heart ♥️ little Miss Sandy back in the day would sit on the couch and need to be bribed to come outside, now she is waiting at the door with her happy little wiggle butt and comes right out the door and into the car for her adventure time! Im so proud of this little lady 🐾❤️🐾

Look at Mr. Dew… today was his 1st training session with me on the adventure and socialization program. Dew had a real big aversion to cars when we first met,a couple of weeks of in home training under our belts and his human practicing heel around the car my dude was hopping right in no problem! So proud of my Dew man! 🐾❤️🐾

On today’s episode of Adventures with Asa we worked on impulse control. This was her second try at it, the 1st go round she ate all the treats right away 🤷🏼♀️🤣🤣🤣 🐾❤️🐾
We had so much fun with Diane Mrozowski and lucky today! It was his 1st day with the weave poles and tunnel, within minutes he was off leash and crushing it!!!! So proud of them. Big thanks to the Doggy Dojo: Train, Play, Rescue for opening up the dojo to us! And can we acknowledge the fact that Mr. Lucky never once reacted to big boy Blake in the background there… 🐾❤️🐾
