This is Quinn, she is a 10 month old staffyXmastiff who used to pull like a train 🚂 her owner found walking her difficult and uncomfortable from being dragged scent to scent, dog to dog 🐶 We have done 2 sessions together working on jumping up, lead work, enrichment as well as some lead reactivity 🐕 I got sent this wonderful video and a lovely 5 ⭐️ review from Quinn’s owner this evening, this video is only a few hours after our session of this beautiful lead work and focus 🦮 I’m so proud of how far Quinn has come in just 2 sessions, like every dog she still has a way to go, but this is an amazing step in the right direction! Im Very proud of the owners determination to help Quinn as well and I’m so glad she feels so confident and in control again! 🙌 Please get in touch if you feel you and your dog could benefit from a few training session to improve your relationship and help you enjoy your pooches company even more ❤️

May’s doggy days - let us pick your perfect dog breed for you! 🐶

My name is Zoe Francis and I am a dog trainer and walker and have been for coming up 3 years!
Over these years, I’ve met so many dogs and their owners which is lovely, We have met some great and amazing matches, but also we have sadly met a lot of people who have got the wrong dog breed for them. Picking a dog breed is a very important stage of getting a dog as it’s a long term decision, all breed are widely different and have very different characteristics, personalities and abilities.

Some people like a lot of my friends, don’t have any dog experience, even from being a child and wouldn’t know where to start with deciding and picking the perfect dog breed for them and there families.
I have experienced a lot of people who have picked certain dog breeds which are a completely wrong match as the owners cant provide the dog with what it truly needs on a day to day basis, this could mean there connection to there dog is limited. The dog’s behaviour would be affected if its characteristic and abilities aren’t met through the work of its owner. The dog’s behaviour will be at risk of deteriorating if the dog is lacking the things the dog breed needs to sustain a happy and content life, but also means the owners struggle with the dog and doubts their decision, making a poor dog and owner match, I want to put a stop to this, I want to educate and help as many people as possible with choosing the perfect breed for them!

Since being a dog trainer and dog walking I have learnt so much about dogs and their needs and how much more dogs need than what we are giving them, but also some owners are giving them too much as well, I’m exposed to a number of dog breeds and it’s allowed me to notice all the dog breeds good and bad sides, it’s allowed me to notice the easier gender of dog breeds and its something something I’m soooo passionate about and truely believe in so I can’t wait to get started 💓

I will do an over the phone assessment and ask a series of questions to help me go and do my research to find the best breed for you! I will then come back with some breeds I’d recommend for you but also breeds I’d avoid as well 🙂

And that’s mays doggy days last day of 2021 done, thank you to all my loyal clients and everyone who has supported my business ❤️ I’m so happy to have found a job I love! I’m excited for a 10 day break but I will miss my dogs so much! Me and wilbert celebrated the start of the Christmas break with some ginger bread baking for Christmas Day whilst Luna was snuggled up on the sofa🎄I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas 🎅

It’s safe to say wilbert was beyond impressed with his new chew today, he’s such a show off 🤣 he acts like he hunted and got it himself 😂🤦‍♀️ Luna on the other hand was not at all impressed, wilbert has now got 2!
