As mentioned previously… I am excited to announce that even though our pods won’t be available, I will be continuing to make our seasonal bunting and tags throughout the year 🥳 It’s something I have always thoroughly enjoyed doing and can do at home in between looking after the little one. We have pre-cut a load of blanks covering the seasons throughout the year and I can’t wait to paint and create them for you and your furry friends to enjoy! The plan is to release them in pre-made batches so the waiting time is much shorter, I’ll just be able to pop them in a box and send them out to you instead of making them to order. The first release will be on Friday and will include 3 new summer designs! There will be 10 of each design available to begin with, I’ll then start making some more when I know which is the most popular etc. and then post again let you know when the next batch is available ☺️ Orders will be via DM. *** UPDATE *** Josh is back in the unit this week and getting back on manufacturing, prepping and packaging orders. We have still got some orders remaining from January due to the volume of items purchased when we announced we were closing. If you have an order from around then and are still waiting we haven’t forgotten you and your order will be ready as soon as we can get it out ☺️. Additional delays have been caused by an extended stay in hospital welcoming our beautiful little girl into the world which was unexpected but necessary to make sure mum and baby got the care they needed before coming home. This exciting new pod is a similar size to the ever popular ‘Bunana Split’ ice cream van, has two doorways to keep your furry friends feeling safe and a bonnet & roof to climb, explore and snack on. The inside provides the perfect cuddle and napping spot after going on exciting adventures! Available TOMORROW at 9am on our website and until we reach capacity. *** BREAKING NEWS*** The shop will be re-opening tomorrow morning (UK time) for a LIMITED time only. This will allow you one last chance to order one of our pods… AND the opportunity to order a NEW product!!! We were hoping to share details of this item sooner but we have been ‘away from office’ much longer than expected. In regards to outstanding orders, Josh will be back in the unit on Monday to work through these as soon as he can. We wanted to apologise for the delay for those of you who currently have an order with us… you haven’t been forgotten and your pods will be with you as soon as they are manufactured. The delay is down to some wonderful news… last week we welcomed the newest member of our team, a beautiful baby girl 🥰 We ended up ‘out of office’ much longer than expected with an extended stay in hospital but everyone is doing well and we will be back to it soon, making sure we also make time to spend together as a new family. When we reach order capacity the shop will be CLOSED so we advise you place your orders as soon as you can over the next day or so as we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to order in a few days or a weeks time. We are reopening one last time on April 5th for a limited run of orders. We can’t guarantee a fixed period of time that we will be open for as once order slots are filled, that will be it. If you really want one last item, please put your orders in as soon as possible from when we reopen on April 5th. Once we reach capacity we will closing again as not to over promise on orders as we need time to clear up and vacate our premises. We can’t say a big enough thank you!! For all the support and orders during this period and the closure of our business. We ourselves are saddened by the closure but we have had to put our family life first as we are soon to welcome a new addition to our family. The messages of love for our products have brought massive smiles to our faces, we have loved this entire journey with you all!
We just wanted to apologise for the lateness of current orders and wanted explain why. When we reopened in January of this year and announced our closure, we unexpectedly received such an influx of orders (half of the previous years orders in just 5 weeks!!)
Our team has always consisted of just two people and this has put such a strain on the production process and our usual output and lead times. As well as this happening half of our team is currently heavily pregnant and due to give birth anytime soon. We can confirm that all outstanding orders will be completed just with a very extended lead time. Hoppy Sunday friends! Sorry we’ve been so quiet recently we’ve been really busy trying to crack on with the wave of orders that came through when we announced we were closing. It’s the biggest volume we’ve ever had, and with Josh doing everything on his own due to me being heavily pregnant and not allowed in the unit for safety reasons, we have got some delays with our regular lead times. All orders will be sent out when they are ready and you will receive a dispatch notification (and tracking if its a large item). We do apologise for the delay but thank you all in advance for your patience.
