Something I wasn’t expecting. My Cochin who are young birds. Only just started laying. I thought there’s no way they will be fertile. Literally it was their first lot of eggs. Chucked three eggs in the incubator and out hatched one chick. My first Cochin baby 💕

Brahma and polish youngsters

Going to move on my blue and splash Silkie pen. These are quality birds from good lines. I just have way too many colours of the breeds I’m doing see need to scale down. Great breeding birds. All laying. The majority are first year layers. These guys live happily together also Blues 2 rooster 6 hens Splash 1 rooster 4 hens 1 mauve hen 1 black hen Can make up breeding groups

Some of the silkies moved out into the bigger pen. Love these fluffys

The nursery lol 41 Silkie chicks and 13 Guinea fowl keets.
