Eupholus Geoffroyi🪲💙 ✨AVAILABLE ✨

The basic colour is metallic blue-green, with three transversal black bands along the elytra. The blue-green colour derives from very small scales. The tops of the antennae are black. This Eupholus Geoffroyi is male and framed in a wooden black box frame to capture & preserve its beauty forever.

Eupholus chevrolati🪲🌿

Commonly called a Turquoise/Green Weevil, it is endemic to Indonesia. They can reach a length of about 25 millimetres (0.98 in). The basic colour varies from a metallic blue-green, with some irregular black bands along the elytra. The blue/green colour derives from very small scales.

This genus of beetles (weevils) is known to play dead and drop to the ground when disturbed.🪲

Although small in size these little guys certainly make up for it in their beauty!!

- The Madagascan Sunset Moth is a day-flying moth apart of the family Uraniidae.

Papilio Maackii🦋✨

This gorgeous butterfly can be found in Central Asia, Japan, China and South Korea.

Wingspan: ranges from 12cm - 14 cm.
Gender: Male in ‘summer form’

The forewings of these gorgeous male Papilio Maackii are black and speckled with many green scales. The hindwings are black and speckled with blue and green scales and have a tail. There is an eyespot on the side closest to the body.

🌿Black wings covered in a dusting of gorgeous green speckles which can be seen brighter in natural lighting. The hind wing has a large blue/green patch with a pink eye marking. All this combined really does give this butterfly its name🦋

🌿They originate from Java, Sumatra, Borneo and the Philippines.

🌿 Framed in a glass black shadow box frame and a white subtle glittery background.

This butterfly is overall black with amazing intense blue bars. Underside similar but with extra colouration, blue and red markings.

Can’t wait to set & frame this absolutely gorgeous specimen!

- This moth is amongst the worlds largest and most spectacular moths.

- Wingspan 160-200+mm
- These moths can be found in Asia and is widespread in China, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, and Taiwan.

- These moths have evolved so that The tips of its wings look similar to the head of a deadly cobra. When threatened, the moth will drop to the floor and writhe around, slowing flapping its wings to imitate snake head and neck movements and scare away predators.

This gorgeous butterfly can be found in Central Asia, Japan, China and South Korea.

Unfortunately not been as active as I’d want to be on this account due to me starting a new job🤍 but I’m currently working on some frames!! This is one of them, which I cannot wait to work with and preserve its beauty😌
