Tex is just bein Tex this morning 😂
Breaks over! Back to therapies!!! But I don’t think he minds much 😅😅
Playing with our new toy for therapy, while in dorsal flexion ….hes such a good boy!
Spent 3 hours on this girl yesterday at Lothlorien Therapeutic Riding Center, Inc. getting her feeling better so she can get back to doing what she loves! Miss Lucy is on conditioning package #1 and is already feeling better after two sessions with me and starting a riding program specific for her…way to go Lucy!
We’re back from Equine Affair which means it’s back to the grind with this little guy. He handled his Hyberbaric Oxygen therapy well. Now some TENS therapy which has put him to sleep…who’s gonna tell him that the bath is next 😅😅
Few updates on our Little Dude!!
We have been working hard with Thera-Vet Acres Rehabilitation and Fitness. He has been in the underwater treadmill, getting laser, TENS therapy and so much more. At home we are continuing TENS therapy, LED Red Light therapy, icing, massage and stretching. Recently he began to plant and sit correctly with his left hind and even more recently *like this week* he has been attempting to correct his right hind as well. He took a field trip to New Hope Veterinary Hospital where he will be until Friday for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to see if that will help quicken his progress.
Just a reminder! He is STILL available for adoption. He will need to go to a home who can continue with these therapies and is wheelchair friendly as he still needs one for now.
Stills are in the comments ❤️❤️

He took the ball from Annie yesterday on our outing 😂
Some puppy schinanigans this morning after our “swim” this morning…but he’s figuring out he has legs back there 😂
🙌🙌🙌And we have LIFT! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Took some time to meander outside without any special contraptions so he could be a puppy and play around a little…getting more and more hind end action and we’re only on day 2 🙌
Officially official day 1: Getting some leg twitches and hoist attempts already 🙌 Annie has been a good cheerleader 🥰
Doing an evaluation to see where we stand 😂 (no pun intended) 🙃

The LED Red Light Therapy contains both infrared and near infrared lights that are exposed to the skin directly where they are then absorbed at different tissue depths from two specific wavelengths. Research has shown that by using these two different wavelengths, healing rates increase drastically.
Due to the different wavelengths being emitted, my pad actually will look half broken, but that is because the near infrared lights are not visible to our eyes.
The visible red light is effective for stimulating acupuncture points, releasing trigger points, treating wounds and even infections. While the non visible lights penetrate deeper to help heal soft tissue injuries, joints, and muscles.
The lights also target cells that may be damaged or starved to help promote regeneration of those cells. With all these effects we also see increased circulation, as well as decreased inflammation and decreased pain as well.
This service will be available at the Attica Rodeo starting tomorrow *Friday* afternoon through Sunday evening. Can’t wait to see everyone at the rodeo! 🙌🙌🙌
