🆘 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED 🆘

Poor Fitzgerald was rescued from Broward County Animal Care back in 2021. He was adopted shortly after and has been living a wonderful life with his daddy… we recently received heartbreaking news that his daddy passed away, leaving Fitzi with nowhere to go 💔 We desperately need a foster so we can take Fitzgerald back into our rescue! 🥺

• About 5 years old, 52lbs
• Potty trained
• Bully mix with a scruffy face
• Good with cats & small dogs, but needs time to decompress in new environment before just throwing him into the mix
• Needs someone who’s home often
• Snuggly & sweet, he’s such a good boy who is so confused & depressed

Poor Fitzi is so confused & sad, not understanding where his daddy went 😭 Luckily his adopter has some amazing friends who have been taking turns to go care for Fitzgerald but we need someone by Monday!! 😣

Charo Rico, aka Hero, has mellowed out more now that he's settling in ❤️ He does have a good bit of energy, but when he gets walks and play time, that's enough and he'll snuggle up next to you or just chill on the couch. He really is a sweet, loving boy! 🥰

Charo is about 2.5 years old, 20lbs, island mutt from Puerto Rico. He gets along with other dogs & cats with proper introduction and is also good with older kids! 😍

🆘 TWO URGENT FOSTERS NEEDED 🆘

Eleanor (small black dog) & Sweetheart (tan/white big dog) need new fosters ASAP!!

🐶 Eleanor, 1.5yo, 20lbs schnauzer mix
• Needs to be only pet in home
• Needs a home with fenced yard
• Potty trained
• Has some resource guarding & leash reactivity so really needs a stable home that can help work with her in this
• Gets along with all humans, would do best in home with kids 7+

🐶 Sweetheart, 10 months old, 40lbs Shepherd mix
• Needs a home with a yard
• Potty Trained
• Needs slow introduction to other big dogs but really good with small dogs
• No cats, she’ll chase them
• Great with all humans & ages
• Currently working on her basic manners like jumping up when excited… but she’s still just a big puppy
• Has a lot of energy but loves to run around, do doggy puzzles, and play but is an ULTIMATE SNUGGLER once she’s comfortable

‼️ PLEASE…. WE NEED PLACES FOR THESE DOGS TO GO!! Their current fosters cannot hold for much longer and we have NOWHERE for these dogs to go!! We cannot afford to put them in boarding ‼️

Good Karma will provide all food, bowls, toys, supplies, whatever you need to foster these dogs. Kids can earn 18 service hours per week for school while fostering!

🆘ELEANOR NEEDS A UNICORN FOSTER BY THIS WEEKEND🆘 Eleanor came to our rescue after being abandoned, tied a park bench in Miami 🥺 Unfortunately she doesn’t seem to get along with other animals. She’s currently with a temporary foster but they have other pets so Eleanor is locked in a spare room by herself 💔 The good news is… Eleanor is potty trained. She loves playing tug of war. She’s great with the foster’s husband and son. She’s a good dog. Just needs a loving home with someone who is patient. Eleanor is about 1.5 years old and about 15lbs. She would do best in a home, not an apartment or townhome because she does bark when initially left alone but that does subside. Kaiser came to us with a *huge* wound covering his head and neck, and he has done an amazing job of healing so far 🥹 But the stress on his body has taken its toll, and he came down with a respiratory virus that he can't seem to shake. Because he is FIV+, he is more vulnerable to illness and has a more difficult time beating this than your average cat, and he went downhill quickly. We rushed him to the vet, where they are doing x-rays and planning to consult with a specialist. Please help us cover this extra medical cost for this poor boy who has already come so far in his recovery! We keep as much vet care, as we can, in house, transforming our office into a vet clinic 🩺 🌟 Look at what we did in 2023 Spay/Neuter: 633 Dentals: 40 Exams: 484 Microchip: 593 Vaccines: 909 This year is even busier and we are rolling out our “Happier at Home” initiative and offering these low cost services to select families who are otherwise facing the hard choice to surrender their pet due to financial burdens. Our Story

Good Karma started in 2011 as a very small network of foster homes.

Since then, we have grown into a rather large network of foster homes, volunteers, pet adoption locations, and now in 2020 we will be adding a pet adoption center!

We rescue all breeds of cats and dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and any other type of animal that finds itself in need.
