Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions thoroughly before purchasing. In order to purchase a Gecko(s) from Signature Geckos you must be 18 years of age or older or have an adult contact me for sales. All sales are final and by sending payment and purchasing a gecko(s) from Signature Gecko’s you are acknowledging that you have read, fully unde
rstand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
•Privacy•
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected for payment and shipping will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used in any way other than for processing your order.
•Payment•
Payments are accepted through PayPal and zelle. I also accept in person cash. Please be aware that no Gecko(s) will be shipped until payment clears.
•Payment plans•
Payment plans will be on a case by case basis and are only available for purchases over $400 and only for one(1) Gecko at a time. All payment plans require a non refundable 25% deposit and payment plan MUST be paid off within 30 days of initial deposit. If full payment has not been received within 30 days, Payment plan is considered abandoned and the gecko will be made available and for sale again. You will be banned from all future payment plans.
•Shipping•
I am currently only shipping within the US at this time. Shipping charges are always in addition to the sale price and paid for by the buyer. I only ship overnight priority on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and temperatures need to be between 40-70 degrees on both ends for the safety of the Gecko(s). Signature Gecko’s is not responsible for any delays and or issues by the carrier.
•DOA•
Extremely rare but in some cases it can happen, If a Gecko(s) is DOA you must contact me immediately. With pictures/video of the Gecko(s). If your shipment was picked up within 30 minutes of arrival at the hub, It will be replace with a Gecko(s) of the same quality and value or issue a credit towards another Gecko(s).
•Gecko Tail•
Geckos can drop their tail in some cases for no reason at all, Signature Gecko’s cannot be held responsible for geckos that drop their tail during shipping or while still in our care during a hold or payment plan. Signature Geckos will not issue a refund or credit for a dropped tail.
•Sexing•
Here at Signature Gecko’s we use a jewelers loupe 60x to try and identify a gecko’s s*x but please note that s*xing geckos is not a guarantee of the animals s*x, and only a guess, given pore visibility at time of s*xing.
•Color•
Here at Signature Gecko’s we have invested in a photo studio light box and a professional mirrorless camera with a 100mm macro lens to try and capture each gecko’s true color, with no filters or enhancements of any photo. Please note that every monitor screen or mobile devices have different resolutions and colors may vary from device to device. Please be assured that you will receive the exact gecko(s) purchased. A gecko could not have fully fired up when photo was taken but be fully fired up while in transit and received.
•Health Guarantee•
Signature Gecko’s offers a (7) seven day health guarantee on all Gecko(s). If a Gecko(s) becomes ill or perish within (7)seven days of arrival we will replace it or give you credit towards another Gecko(s) of same value and quality. Proof of the deceased Gecko(s) is required in the form of picture/Video and or vet, I will also require photos of set up/enclosure, temperatures, humidity and diet. This information is needed so we can provide any help for future Gecko(s). Please be aware this guarantee is voided if your shipment was not picked up within 30 minutes of arrival at your home or hub, and does not cover injuries of any kind to your Gecko(s) after arrival or within your care. Please avoid handling your gecko for a couple of weeks, Give them the time to adjust to their new enclosure and environment.
