We met on site to nail down more specifics with our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) for our vendor spaces. Now that the footers are in, we were able to use some handy dandy spray paint to mark up where walls would be and where we could fit in the hoods, drains, sinks, grease traps, etc. Making some of these decisions sooner rather than later will hopefully ensure we aren’t ripping up concrete after the fact, and save us money.

I cannot begin to express how exciting this is for us!! Our dream is coming to life!! 🐾🐕❤️🍺

Nyla and Gracie… they won the rank of FIRST Founding Member(s); their membership came through just past midnight on our first day we released (August 1st)! I’m pretty sure there’s got to be some kind of metal for that, right?!?!

Site update!
The building pad is almost finished…this week the crew with dug footers and they should be ready to pour in the concrete soon. Meanwhile, they’ve begun trenching the pipes to the lake for drainage.

The massive pile of dirt that was unsuitable for our base will eventually be moved and spread across the back acre, then becoming part of our 1.5 acre park. We are trying to figure out the budget to make the space as large as possible, so we have been hard at work searching for sponsors who want to be a part of the project. (Know someone?!)

It’s really amazing the project this has turned into for us. Seeing first hand the hard work that our engineers and contractors put in to making this happen is really inspiring.

Dream big and big things will happen!

Check out these delicious offerings at Paws&Pints and Brew Hound Dog Bar! A little over a week ago, we listed our commercial food vendor space and have had a BLAST talking to all of the local food and cafe owners who are interested in using our space (the sampling is definitely the best part!!) Since we aren’t chefs or restaurant owners, we have had a lot to learn! But we are so excited at the support we’ve received and can’t wait to finalize plans and announce our offerings to you all soon!!
