Stella Stella Stella, baby girl you changed my entire life. This is no joke..
I don't get personal often because personal and business *should* stay separate but here's to being vulnerable.
Stella came into my life 6 years ago (stella is her original name, happens to be my late mothers maiden name so i took it as a sign and kept it) and instantly I had purpose. I had a best friend. A hiking buddy, a walking buddy, a crying buddy, a loving buddy. About half way through her life or a little more we started Tayls N Trails. I loved walking my dog so much I thought if I did it as a job I wouldn't have to work another day in my life. (I was kind of wrong starting a business is also no joke) We have made hundreds of dogs and people happy through this passion. A year into my business and I realized I had to make some huge personal life changes. I quit drinking. I've been sober for almost 2 years. Stella taught what real true responsibility is, what passion is, what love is, what respect is, what leadership is, what grace is, what forgiveness is, what second chances are.
She taught me the meaning of life and showed me my path to true fulfillment and happiness, and all I want is to give that back to her, and everyone else that uses our services.
And a shout out to her cousin Vader who shares her same birthday. He has been with us since the very very beginning. He is family (literally my aunts dog) and he has grown so much over the years and has supported us all the way on this journey!
I am so grateful these babes were born ❤️

Tomorrow Dec 2nd is my grand opening for Tayls N Trails. We've been a dog hiking/training business for the past 3 years and we are leveling up!
Come join us for some pupcups, games, obstacle course and much much more tomorrow 12-5 a 151 Mt Auburn St. Watertown, Ma!!!
Also. Want to thank everyone who has helped me develop this space into a beautiful, calm, extraordinary environment for the community and their dogs.
My dad (in picture) traveled 3 times 4 hours one way to put in 15 hours a day here hammering, cutting, painting, cleaning and so much more on his days off from regular work. Big shout out to him for always supporting me and believing in me even in times when I don't believe in myself. Love you Dad!
But also to my uncles who spent weekends here with me building, painting, and much more for the past month. My friends who came to help paint and hang drywall and do all of the other misc. To carriker construction for coming in and building me a dream. And so many other people in my community.
This is what it's all about everyone. Working together for the greater good of our people and dogs. This is what Tayls N Trails represents. It represents a community working together to build a positive, safe, beautiful, educational space for our dogs. For them to learn and for us to learn with them. For us to find healthy ways to engage, entertain interact and love our dogs. That's what Tayls N Trails is and I just can't say thank you enough to all the people who love me and have helped me through this extremely emotional journey!!

Our new space is going to allow us to offer new comprehensive service packages that will provide the proper care for all dogs the good, the less good, and the shy!
With our day train packages with hikes included, your dog will get the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to safely enjoy the off-leash pleasures that we currently offer!!!
Come by with your pup for a tour of the place, socialize with our team and other pet parents, and play some fun games with your dogs.

I can't thank my clients and supporters enough for all of your help, your hard work, your trust, and your friendship. This has been a journey for sure, and it's only just the beginning!!!

Our hikes are training hikes and give dogs structure, boundaries, and calm.
We try to teach dogs to be calm in overly stimulating environment and teach them to go from excited to calm.
Our team works hard to achieve these goals and make it look easy!
Our pack walks allow the opportunity for healthy socialization while being physically and mentally stimulated. They provide a space for dogs to be.. well.. dogs!!
We're hosting another agility event this time at ROGERS PARK in Brighton!! Bring your dogs and learn how to jump over jumps, go through hoops and tunnels, and weave through the weave poles.
Dog agility is good for the mind and body of our beloved best friends. It allows them to let out excess energy and challenges their mind by proble. Solving. Agility also strengthen bond and communication between dogs and owners as well as increases focus for the dog.

Agility this past Saturday was a Blast!!! In the videos you can see the progression of confidence being built within these dogs and the excitement it brings to the parents and pups as well!!!!
We are hosting an agility tutorial this weekend on Saturday from 12-2.
Come with your pup and learn how to jump over things, go through tunnels and hoops and weave through poles!!!
Agility is a great outlet for any over excited pups to channel their energy into something that takes courage and build confidence. As much as agility for dogs is physically stimulating its also very mentally stimulation for your dog.
Agility provides many benefits for your dog and its also so fun for you too!!! It's a great bonding experience as much as it is a unique training experience!!
