Over at AGHS, it's so important to us that we treat our animals with care and love. The video released earlier this week of a former employee is not something we take lightly or values we stand for. We really hope that as a community we can move forward and onward from this. Our first step has been letting go of the employee and continuing on with new Management in place to ensure those working on our team withhold to the standards and values we hope to represent. We want to be a team that stands for integrity, kindness, and love. We want to protect our furry friends and hope to continue to highlight the great works of those who also share those values.

Did you know, the number of dogs and cats euthanized in U.S. shelters annually has declined from approximately 2.6 million in 2011? This would not be possible without the work of our foster team and loving community who choose to adopt and not shop. The work doesn’t stop her join our caring team at AGHS and volunteering to stop the euthanization of our furry friends. They need you as much as you need them!
