Phoenix is a beautiful 3yr old stallion by Auwert 514. He is full of papers with the KFPS and is also dual registered with the BPS. In the beginning of July Phoenix was presented at a BPS inspection earning a the Star Stallion predicate and gaining a limited breeding licenses. He was invited back at a future time for approval.

Phoenix stands 167cm and is expected to finish close to 170cm or 17h. He has been trained to the phantom for collection, he is also started under saddle with all the groundwork in place. Phoenix requires an experienced handler and offered to the right home only. Life changes force sale. He is priced to move quickly. Pm for more details!

This is our 2nd embryo out of Izzy x Erik BP50 for the year! Congrats to Sarah on her future BPS baby. Let’s hope it sticks and all is well throughout the surrogates pregnancy.

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Stable Hand. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling stallions and a wide variety of skills related to horse care and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Feeding, watering, and grooming horses
- Cleaning stalls and maintaining a clean and organized barn
- Turnout and bringing in horses from pastures
- Administering medications and supplements as directed by barn manager
- Assisting with veterinary and farrier visits
- Maintaining and repairing fences, gates, and other facility structures
- Dragging arenas and maintaining footing
- Keeping track of feed and bedding inventory and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with general farm maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with horses, including handling stallions
- Knowledge of basic horse care practices and health maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to horse care and facility maintenance
- Strong communication and organizational skills

In 2021 we had a vision to take Friesian breeding to a whole new level of service for our clients. EFS developed and launched our exclusive, selective breeders program. SBP is designed to help Friesian enthusiests fulfill their dreams of owning their first Friesian. It’s a unique program that enables you to select from our mares in the SBP, then you work with our staff to select the stallion that best complimented the mare and your overall future goals. We launched this program with great excitement. It wasn’t long after its start we received a call from Natalie in Utah. We spent hours on the phone chatting and getting to know her and her family. After some deliberation and planning on their end, they elected to proceed with our SBP. Being our very first client!

We started the process with Natalie when she selected Izzy as her future foal’s dam. We then started the stallion search and ultimately recommended Thorben 466 to pair Izzy with. Knowing what Izzy could improve on we felt confident that the result of this breeding would be ideal for Natalie’s future goals. Izzy was bred in the summer of 2022 and foaled a beautiful C**t in the late spring of 2023. Natalie had moved to North Carolina throughout the process and we decided to give little Wuodan some more time growing before the trek across the country. Throughout the past year, Natalie has made a few trips to Oregon to spend time with Oden and gain some experience with Jenny Veenstra at our clinic. At the 2023 Oregon Keuring, Wuodan earned a 2nd prem and was Champion of the C**ts!

Last Wednesday Oden took the plunge and began his journey to his forever home in NC. We feel blessed to have clients like Natalie! The excitement and journey is what it’s all about for us! Thank you Natalie for entrusting us throughout all these years! Welcome home Wuodan fan Extreme Friesians!

As you may know, we have partnered with Vivace Equine LLC. We have designed our own specialty line of EFS Bridles and Halters specifically for Friesians and Barock Pintos. This is an exclusive line only being offered to current and past EFS Customers along with our followers.
Design:
They will be a beautiful high quality English black leather, with black patent pipping. Padding on the noseband and a padded anatomical headpiece. They will have gunmetal hardware (pic 1) and feature double headpiece buckles and a quick throat latch. They will include custom black name plates designed specifically for EFS clients and followers. Noseband design is (pic 3) and anatomical headpiece is (pic 2)

The halters will retail for $225 on Vivace as part of our exclusive line. However, this is the first run and we wanted to give all our current clients first opportunity along with a nice discount. They are currently pre-order only. We have negotiate the price down for everyone on this first exclusive run. The first run will be $150 each and we will include shipping. Today was the first day we finally went on Nika. It’s these types of milestones that make all the crazy, rainy, muddy days so worth it. Raising them right in the beginning makes these steps so much easier. Happy Dance at EFS today!
