Just a quick note to say we haven’t forgotten you Terrier people! We are both super busy with our own training businesses and competing! More dates have gone in the diary today for filming and the reactivity course is busy being written!! Also look out for the Treasure Hunt games coming as a £9.99 mini course any day soon!

Our last intro is Beattie,the most junior member of the team at just a year old she’s half sister to Elvis and just one of those wee dogs that could make you think dog training is super easy with her easy going nature and just natural ability to be a pet dog,no stress. FOOD IS LIFE- she will mug any food pouch with no remorse and loves to train and be part of the team.Look forward to seeing lots of her ❤️

The odd man out in a gang of girls meet out boys Elvis! This guy is a full on Terrier, chase driven and high energy but super smart and always poised for action. He push’s all the limits all the time and teaches us just how best to handle that full on Terrier spirit! Full Border Terrier and just approaching 3 he’s our man for Predation training and anything else that requires that extra level of crazy!! 🤪

Next human up is Cat, the other trainer behind The Total Terrier. With a varied career path she joined the dog training world 3 years ago after working as a specialist dog photographer before that and specialises in work with predation and calming those crazy, fast and big feeling dogs that our Terriers so often are!

The next member of the demo dog team Nova! She’s one of those dogs who keeps on giving and never really let’s you down in a cinch, don’t let that fool you- she’s still a Terrier and them squirrels do get the odd chasing! This year is also her first competitive agility season and we can’t wait to see how she gets on!

Time to say hi to our senior demo dog Luna. Border x JRT she is a recovered reactive dog and regular sight at agility shows. She’s probably the least full on of our fab 4 and she will show you how a more timid reserved dog can still benefit from being trained like a Terrier, Because those instincts are still locked up in there!

Charleigh is one half of the humans, an experienced dog walker who transitioned into training to help her own reactive dog Luna. she has multiple qualifications and wealth of experience with all breeds and of course specifically Terriers! She competes most weekends on the Scottish agility circuit so if you spot her out and about be sure to say hi! Charleigh will lead a lot of our content on reactive dogs as well as sharing her passion for trick training

If you haven’t guessed it we are mad for all things terrier! At TTT you will get help and advice on how to work with your terrier and not against them! Using their natural desires to hunt and chase and incorporate it into fun and positive training!

Cat & Charleigh are certified games based positive trainers, between us we have 4 terriers who all have different personalities and drives but share that one important thing… they are terriers!!

While scentwork using different scents, indications and different types of search are great and we love them you don’t have to make it mega complicated to get the benefits of it for your dog. You can work this into your daily walks and do it on or off lead - whatever is safe for you are your Terrier.
