Mixed Mushroom Braised "Pulled BBQ Pork". Mushrooms used were Blue Oysters, Lions Mane, and Black Pearls. Cooked in a dutch oven. Seasoned with salt, pepper, onion, garlic, paprika.
-Cook on high for 5-10 min on the stovetop
-Add Olive oil and seasonings, cook some more
-Stir in BBQ sauce
-Bake with the lid on for 30 minutes at 350.
