Locals we will be at the ShowMe Reptile show at the end of the month here in Pensacola! Had the show owner send us some signs to put out since we know the busiest intersections in town. Figured the entrance to Petsmart/Petland would be a good one 🤣🫢

We only use 72 hour heat packs when we ship your baby. A) if they get delayed they have an extra day of heat B) the shorter the life of the heat pack the higher the temp it gets to which has its own risks. We also use cryo packs in conjuction with the heat pack where needed. We only ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Never during holiday weeks or when temps are unsafe. We place an additional shipping label inside the box incase the outter label gets damaged as well as writing your tracking number on the outside as an additional fail safe. And of course your Lacey Act from. Shipping is always nerve racking but we take every precaution to ensure your new baby arrives safe. Feels good to see that MorphMarket is reccomending practices we already do. Means we are doing it right! We had a customer once tell us that Fed Ex told her it was the best package they've seen for a live animal. 😍
