Micro cilantro on chicken tacos. Love the micro version of cilantro because you don't have to pick off individual leaves, you can eat the stem, too!

Did you know micro cilantro:

3. Has powerful antioxidants that reduce free radicals, which aids in cancer prevention

I know that's a lot of pressure for such a tiny green, but it's true! These microgreens offer so many health benefits as they're more nutrient dense than their adult counterpart, so you don't have to eat as much to get these amazing benefits!

We added some extra spice from our rainbow radishes to our breakfast this morning. Easy way to add in a ton of nutrients!

Just a few days away from harvest 😋😍🌱 We are very, very excited to see everyone at the Dillsburg Farmers Market! It's going to be a sunny beautiful day and, I don't know about you, but I miss outdoor gatherings. I'm also super excited to see all the unique vendors there! See y'all Saturday :)
