Sometimes the eye gets caught in something beautiful. This happened for me back in 2022. Eyrún was just shown with the amazing result of 8.68 for ridability and this photo resembled the beauty in her eyes.
In summer 2023 at the world championship I had to look for it again. Ársól had just become world champion, it was warm and Top Reiter held a big event with live music and loads of Champaign so the mood was high🤪😅
The beautiful painting was still telling me to take her home.... But alas as a single mum you don't use a month's rent on art🫣
As the months rolled by, I checked in on the photo a few times... Looking at it every event we were at, the "both of us". Wishing for her at my birthday 🎂 and Christmas...
Finally I had to bring her home...
Now to find the perfect spot for her where I can enjoy her Beauty and long for Iceland ❤️

Endelig kom dette maleri hjem til sit rigtige hjem.. I flere år har det kigget efter netop dette hjem..
På alle messer har de to sukket efter hinanden 🙈🥰 Første gang vist i Holland....
-nu får det lov til at komme med Maja hjem 💕

Today I wanna share with you the newcomer in our future breeding 😍 I'm very happy that Águst and Steinunn from Sauðanes chose to sell this 💎 to us😍 thank you for the trust❤️❤️
rindilvinda have everything a breeder looks for. Great genes, high shown parents a blup of 128 and a gorgeous color🥳
Rindilvinda is named after a small bird and her color❤️ she is the first offspring of Silfurskotta frá Sauðanesi who was the highest shown 6 year old mare in 2022 with amazing 8.88 for ridability and 8.71 in total.
The Sire is non other than Hulinn frá Breiðstöðum who is shown with a staggering 10 for ridability and 8.75 for gaits in total.
Rindilvinda combines some of my favourite horses such as Kveikur frá Stangarlæk, Orri frá þúfu and Ölnir frá Akranesi 🤩😎

Forårsfornemmelser og en stille glæde over udviklingen af en unghoppe jeg har ventet med spænding på i 4 år🥰😍 vanilla er efter Draupnir frá Stuðlum og morfar er Ölnir frá Akranesi 😍 tusind tak Mille Kyhl ❤️❤️❤️
Hvis nogen skulle være i tvivl om farven så gemmer sig den smukkeste moldotte under snavset🤣🫣

When you breed the perfect horse you feel very lucky ❤️
When you find the perfect owner, you feel blessed. I know that Anja will take her all the way and beyond, in a way I never would be able to🥰

Hopefully she will shine just half as brightly as her brother's.

Dear friends and partners
Happy new year to all of you and thank you for the year that have past…
2024 have been an exciting but also tough year for our breeding.
We have two mares in training for breeding evaluation in 2024-25, hopefully they will rock.
Spá fra Hvolsvelli is in training with Eva and Gummi on Raudalæk. Ásdis Ósk Elvarsdottir have made an amazing job training her until now.
Húni from stutteri Sonne is showing lot of potential with his new rider Jonna Andersson and looking ready for next year’s competitions.
The foals from summer are growing and starting to be weaned :) we are very happy with how they develop…
Ársól frá Sauðanes is still slightly lame so she will have the year completely off and future will decide whether or not she will be able to compete in high level. Luckily we can look forward for the foals we will get out of her next year.
Bellies are growing and the mares seems happy and finally enjoing the snow compared to lasts months rain… The first foal will be coming in a few months and will be out of Ársól and Kveikur frá Stangarlæk 1.

Vanilla fra adlermose var også til følshow med henblik på at få en vurdering af bygningen til en kommende kåring ❤️ var i en virkelig fin aldersgruppe og blev 3 ud af 3. Men fik de flotteste kommentarer som dommeren desværre ikke kunne give points for i det brugte system. Men sendte meget pæne ord med på vejen. Er helt utrolig stolt af min lille hest som blev udtaget til bedst in breeding med kommentarerne rigtig god skrift, rentaktet trav, gode bevægelser samt god fart kapacitet. Nu kan foråret hvor hun skal startes op igen godt komme😍😍😍 alt i alt en rigtig god over middel bedømmelse 🥳

I lørdags var denne smuksak til følshow. Det gik en smule anderledes end forventet da hun var blevet udtrættet af boks natten over og alle de indtryk ❤️ draumsýn vandt ingen priser for hendes bevægelser den dag, da hun slet ikke viste sig så flot som hun gør herhjemme 😅🫣Til gengæld viste hun hendes helt enormt gode sind🥰🤩 aldrig har jeg avlet så roligt og fornuftigt et føl. Så selvom hun ikke kom hjem med rosetter, så var jeg en meget stolt avler og også ejer Louise Sørensen havde smil på læben❤️😎 vi vender stærkt tilbage 🤪💪
