BLISS is a charming around 11hh Welsh section B (?) yearling filly with lovely movements & a bit of a funny brave streak. No known health problems.
Came as a wild, unhandled rescue, but was soon coming up of her own accord to investigate us & to make friends. Stole my heart.
Been here a year & we have on purpose have had no new arrivals nor coming and going to shows etc since to minimise any risk when re-homing.
On arrival was vet checked, teeth checked for age, deosected, wormed, quarantined, microchipped, passported, vaccinated (1st Flue & Tetanus) & given plenty of mare's replacement milk/milk pellets till 7 months for strong bones. Not to mention plenty of TLC
Now on hay/grass. Worming & feet done regularly. No known to have any health problems, lameness or laminitis.
Later Bliss charmed a kind older gentleman, with a love for pretty Welsh ponies, to take her under his wing. Taught her to have her feet picked & do regular walks around town. Maybe got a bit spoiled. Hard not to.
Still young & in need of more handling, but so inquisitive. Did not worry about traffic, banging of metal barn gates etc. Could enjoy learning things, but happy to be a lawn mower, pet or companion in a field too. Has lived in & out.
Used to being around & cared for by kind youths. Perhaps, in time, could be a kind teenagers first project, in hand show pony, or pretty faced little lead rein/kids riding pony.
