MOTIVATING MONDAY

Good Morning Everyone ☀️ Today is grooming day for Durian! I realized I haven't posted his photos yet from the shoot, so I'll be posting them today. Here's your first one! Isn't he adorable? He's needs grooming sponsors for the day ($105.60 last time), and I need gas funds.

Yesterday we did not meet our goal. I am so grateful for each and everyone of you that pitched in to get us closer to. We had an amazing angel that reached out, and has given me a very temporary loan to help cover the shortage so that we could make the payment on time, and not lose our coverage, which would have been incredibly detrimental to both the rescue and myself personally. I also had to pull the funds from our new property pot, which I hate doing, but there was no other option at the time. We need to repay both the loan, and those funds back asap. The loan is very temporary, and the agreement was I would continue with the same urgency to get that paid back right away. After a couple more donations last night, we need $2,750 to repay those amounts asap.

Okay, where did everyone go? We only received one donation today, and did not cover Durian's grooming expenses. No, I didn't run out without paying, but I did have to use my personal funds, which was my food budget for the week. I now officially have $5.70 to my name. The rescue account has $0. This is obviously a terrible situation to be in, and honestly a little terrifying.

If you are one of the amazing people that has donated recently, this message is obviously not directed at you. But if you are a follower that has not yet donated, or has not yet shared our posts, I desperately need you to do so now. We are critically low, an emergency would devastate us right now. We need funds! $2 from each follower is all I ask. It doesn't have to be much, but it does have to be now, and it does have to be everyone. Please help us replenish our funds! I would also like to eat this week, lol!

The rain is coming, so what better time than to get stocked up on the BEST mat for your home! Mud season is no joke, especially to us dog owners. These mats are absolutely fantastic, and live up to their name. They are super absorbent, don't create a trip hazard, and light to pick up and toss in the wash! PLUS, they're Canadian 🇨🇦!! They're currently discontinuing their "old" gray colour, so I can get a good deal, and you can too!
