First, black white is somewhat better... on constant antibiotic injections. The most important she breaths better and eats well.

And now about kittens....5 kittens left to die at abandoned military installation. 2 kittens are in awful condition, 1 is so-so, 1 is more good than bad and last one is currently good. They require total therapy and full time care. They have about 5 weeks....can barely lick so I m feeding them via syringe. Hard to say how will the two worst one end but I think there is hope.

Panda is a cat that I know for almost 8 years now...from the time when she was just a few months old kitten.
She lived on street all this time on good and safe location. Now she needed help.
Her breathing became huge problem and even worse she stopped eating...losing weight fast.
I ve started visiting her every night and giving her antibiotic injection but it wasnt enough... she wasnt eating and needed more help than I was able to provide...so I took her to vet station.

X rays ruled out diaphragmatic hernia, blood tests showed mild anemia and mild urea elevation. Also her inside mouth not the greatest. One tooth had to go out immediately.

Right now she is with me on therapy for breathing and mouth. She started to eat. I put her tabs in pieces of meat.

What is next?
Mouth examination again to see what will therapy fix and is more teeth removal needed.

For breathing rhinoscopy needed to determine where exactly is stenosis and then most likely surgery attempt to try to solve it (although these type of procedures are neven guarranted). Both rhinoscopy and procedure are very expensive.

Anemia and urea issues... hopefully eating will fix it...both can be explained with lack of eating last before I took her.

So this is my ask for financial support for 2 of these cages.
They will be used to send cats to one great foreign country organization who will assist with finding homes there.
First group of cats should go in 3 weeks.

Very important to start decreasing number of cats to free up the space, cut expenses, raise quality of life for cats...I am more than full. Too many.

It goes on and on...
Almost 200 cats this year.
Where ever you go, you find many many cats....
In all honesty I cant continue at this rate, I have to work and take care for myself.
Castrations dont pay bills and thrust me my situation is very sensitive.

My colleague today said he is done, he quits with everything...I cant say I dont understand him cause I know his situation and how he sacrifies and destroys his life like I do... many in this thing eventually burn out and quit...

City regime is bunch of criminal and corrupt scum who only care for their own pockets so cant expect anything from them...

Tomorrow is Sunday...I will work tomorrow cause I couldnt during week due to catching cats for castrations... vet doesnt work on Sunday.

What can I do... only hope for better... hope dies last.

***Turtle is doing great!!!***
Today was TNR day.
I caught 16 cats in my 2 trips to this location.
These cats are not typical street cats....they live around house of one person who has serious health issue has very small income not enough even for himself. He tries to take care for them best as he can and cats really dont look that bad. Obviously he cant castrate them so he needed help with that.
I was glad I was able to help.

There is nothing more important than TNR... especially when dealing with so many cats like here.

Like previous cat wasnt enough... now this.
Certain neighbour found this cat hit by a car and dumped her next to my car. He wasnt worried about my existing struggles, he thought why not dumping me one more...
So I was going to catch cats for castrations this morning and before I entered car I noticed her...
She is now sleeping in one of my big boxes, we ll see what next if she survives the night... meaning if there is no bleeding inside head...and so far so good. If she "only" has concussion or some kind of swollen brain or hematoma inside head, she has a chance. My friend had similar case and cat recovered completely.
If you wonder why she isnt at station already, it is because I cant use their services "on debt" anymore until I solve existing debts. Just imagine how much would you pay in your own station for difficult case like this and I have stuff like this all the time.
By law care for this cats should be payed by city but they dont give a damn...

-First, cat who had ruptured eye is all great now. Everything fixed!
-Black cat in pictures was here several months on treatments to get her into condition where she would be able to go to Czech Republic...
On Saturday she finally traveled...her life will now continue there under amazing Jana S.

-Bad news... unfortunately usually some bad things happens given number of cats.
This poor cat in video used to live in city centre...of course we spayed her and fed on regular basis. Well, she hasnt been appearing for weeks and then when she did... we saw the nose.
She has intranasal carcinoma.
Her future is not good. We are trying to find out is anyone willing to operate...is it even possible to do it. My vets dont think it is possible, they think tumor too big. But we are asking around to hear other opinions.

Happy New Year to all cat lovers out there!

So first picture her eye somehow ruptured. She was already blind on it and it was like a bubble which ruptured. 4 days she didnt eat at all but now she is eating 💪...I m guessing cause eye pain decreased.
She ll need eye removal to prevent her ever again feeling pain there.

Second picture legendary Tim (Brinjko), cat who has both FIV and FELV...still holding strong but again has FIV inflammatory masses in throat that require another burning/removal. We ll do that very soon. He is struggling eating. Other than that he is already defying odds.

Third (and last) picture of another FIV+ boy who used to be crazy agressive towards all cats and look at him now...

And few latest pictures of 2 colonies next to my city. Notice how well they look. That is when they are castrated, fed every day and cleaned from parazites.

Mating season is slowly starting... male cats are screaming and fighting...cant say I notice any female cat being in heat. Few more weeks I guess.

Castration program I hope to increase depending on financial status. I ve ordered 2 new traps which I will give each to two new TNR collegaues.

Next 7-8 days I will feed ferals better than usual...
I wish I could it always but not possible so at least for Christmas and New Year they will have better dry and wet food brands.

From new patients these two are in worst condition... this time pigeon as well who was probably attacked by cat or dog in city center.

And this new cat...easy to see eyes but eyes arent his biggest problems...he is constant pain and discomfort...he has many problems. We ll see can he improve and how much. Therapies only just started last evening..

This tricolor was rescued in one warehouse several days ago.
She was crying like crazy. One of her eyes is severly injured and one of her legs is dead and needs amputation. Both eyes and leg seem like older injuries and combined with her diarrhea I dont know how she survived....now I can say she will make it for sure 😸

In last picture you can see how eye looks today.

Same day I heard another tricolor crying next to the fuel station and managed to catch her...she is in even worse condition...tomorrow details.
And there are even more new kittens... crazy how many are out there... absolutely crazy.

Unfortunately no shortage of sick cats.

In first picture Klara, old HIV+ patient, who is again sick and will require weeks of therapy and special food like last time.

Black had calicivirus and it destroyed her tongue, she is struggling to eat and drink..So far therapies havent helped much.

From other 3 cats, I d say tiger in fourth picture is interesting case...for 2 months diarrhea and it is not stopping no matter what we try. Vet doesnt know what else to try. Other 2 should be fine with antibiotics and eye oitment.

I just got back home from rescuing one tricolor kitten in one warehouse but more about that later... another difficult case...I put her picture as current "story"...

White from Zaboric is improving nicely. Soon he will be ready for teeth surgery and then few more days and he will be able to go back to his safe location.

Cat with jar on her head saved after lot of effort.
She is now fine and showing up for feeding.
I had huge help from my collegaue Emil...without him cat wouldnt be caught and she would die for sure...she was suffocating when we caught her...

I washed up babies cause they were smelling very bad and their hair wasnt right...still all hanging...future is uncertain but I ll do my best.

Russian cat is slowly improving.

Dark gray "russian" cat recognized me after a year of not seeing each other...he looks much worse and has several issues that require vet and treatments.

Black white kitten fell out of car engine in the middle of the road...he was just lying there I guess waiting to be killed by a car...miracle he wasnt!
Turned up he is completely nice...needs good feeding and few treatments for eyes, fleas....

And 5 babies in the end still holding on...lots of attention and care needed.

5 new born babies thrown into dumpster like garbage to die. Barely heard them half crying.

And 2 kittens saved from one hell farm (in other pictures you can see how many cats and kittens are abandoned there)...these 2 were sick and in the worst condition.
Cats on farm will be castrated and fed on regular basis...and of course plenty of water will be left.

First from last post, Mr Gypsy was tested positive for FIV. 😥

And now first picture Tesla...remember her? Had very bad injury and surgery but thanks to great duo Klara and Jana, great home with wonderful people was found. Have a great life Tesla! Czech Republic is your new home!

In second picture cat who was dumped at one location and then caught for castration..
she was so hungry it was sad to watch...
She is so nice and cuddly she is great material for adoption...not going back to street... really not for street. We ll find her good home so she can be cuddle machine to someone.

And finally cat with eye problem... trying to save the eye from removal with few treatments...we ll see what happens...

Little tiger kitten is much better. His tail is fixed and broken pelvis healed a lot.

In second picture all hiv positives...white lost one leg, black white and tiger breath with some difficulties...often treatment needed but compared how they used to be...night and day.

Gypsy will be tested tomorrow and IF he doesnt fiv and felv he ll go to his forever home after years in street...of course he ll be vaxxed and cleaned from all parazites and chipped.

And castrations never stop....in areas with numerous cats like here nothing is more important than castration program. Many people dont realize that is the only way...

This poor 5-6 weeks old tiger kitten was all alone below one car and crying in despair just outside the city...very scared and hissing... 1am... looked injured...caught manually and put into box.

And she really was injured...broken tail and broken pelvis...very skinny...and having mild cold.

After 3 days antibiotics fixed the cold, her tail will be amputated later (two thirds), her pelvis is healing on its own (luckily it wasnt total fracture and no surgery possible on kitten this small) and finally gaining some weight...cause first few days didnt know how to eat...now she figured it out and eating like crazy.
Last 2 pictures are taken 5 minutes ago.

Unfortunately regarding last post I have to provide an update....sad update...all patients are improving and looks like will be ok except one...orange kitten... she is no longer with us 😥.
I will burry her body tomorrow.
Life goes as always...if you think too much about it, you go crazy...so I try to concentrate on those who are still with us and need our help...and various tips are coming all the time...

This is really urgent post given what is going on.

In order... Mr Tim (Brinjko) has been in pain last few days, lower part of his body is hurting him, he cant raise it...he spends almost entire time in litter box.
He is currently on antibiotics and pain killer but he needs X rays and/or ultrasound.

Little orange kitten has brutal diarrhea, not eating and started to vomit. First I thought cat coronavirus but vomiting indicates parvovirus. Antibiotics, pro(pre)biotics, special food if she starts eating, subcutaneous fluids...

Big Black Bear has severe oral issue. Few teeth should be removed...he is drooling and has trouble eating....before surgery special antibiotics for mouth (spyramicin) to decrease inflammation...
also needs mousse like food given he cant chew from pain...

There are 2 more cats like that...Mr Mjau and Mrs Oldest Tricolor...same thing happening.

Tiger (I call her Dumpster given she was saved when dumpster lid fell on her and pinned her down) has brutal diarrhea and her whole behind is inflammated...she ll need pro(pre)biotics for weeks and special gastrointestinal food and probably antibiotics 4, 5 days. She is eating normal.

And last Uzelac smaller sister (more a code than name) is similar to Dumpster above with addition of constant eye issue.

----------To properly care for all them in upcoming weeks it takes a lot...so I m asking you to consider supporting me in that. ---------

When so many things happens at once, it is impossible for me to handle that.

Oral antibiotics for only one cat full treatment is 20€... and I need for almost all cats above... than probiotics and prebiotics...I take synbiotic d-c... than special food for weeks...anima strath for immune...hundreds of euros...

And of course whole house must be properly cleaned from all potentional viruses.

I know nobody asked me to try to take care for all them, it was my choice, but when I see I wont make it on my own and cats will suffer and be in serious trouble, I have to at least try to ask for help.

In addition to all this there are babies and few other kittens on care but they are ok...separated.

Unfortunately we all know, last 2 years prices have been going up up up and we are all experiencing it...cat stuff no different, some things here went 80%...it is crazy.

First, black white is somewhat better... on constant antibiotic injections. The most important she breaths better and eats well. And now about kittens....5 kittens left to die at abandoned military installation. 2 kittens are in awful condition, 1 is so-so, 1 is more good than bad and last one is currently good. They require total therapy and full time care. They have about 5 weeks....can barely lick so I m feeding them via syringe. Hard to say how will the two worst one end but I think there is hope.
