Join me and Dr. Marlow Ball-Williams of SoMa Animal Clinic and Housecalls​ on Facebook tomorrow at 1 pm. We’ll be doing a LIVE right here on the Telltail Dog Training​ page. Last time, we discussed bringing a puppy home, and this time we’ll be covering what to do with a puppy during quarantine, including how to cover socialization needs when you can’t go places.

PLUS, make sure you reserve your spot for this Saturday at 10:30 am. I’m offering a puppy party at SoMa Animal Clinic. This will be mostly playtime, but we’ll include some other aspects of socialization and training. There are only four spots, but I’ll offer another class if needed.

Maumelle Friends of the Animals

Dear Maumelle / NLR,
Please do not forget about our local pet oriented businesses. We have heard personally from a few that business has dropped a lot.
Bow Wow and Meow offers food, gourmet home made treats, clothing, leashes and more for dogs and cats.
VIP Dog Walking and Training offers long walks for your pets and training if needed. They are offering to provide pet taxi service to the vet or run errands for food / supplies for you.
TellTail Dog Training is another at home training service.
PawshPark offers boarding and open daycare for your pet, no kennels.
The Doggie Spa offers grooming, boarding, treats, leashes, clothes and more.
Arkansas Pet Resort offers boarding, daycare and grooming.
Maumelle Animal Clinic provides veterinary services along with grooming and boarding.
Pawlished is a mobile pet grooming service. They work from a specialized van at your home.
Maumelle Animal Services needs adoptions! Volunteers are welcome, please call ahead first. 851-6219.
The Boulevard Vet not only has veterinary services but can provide boarding.
Petsense is located across from Walmart. They are a chain store but we couldn’t leave them out as we have cats up for adoption located there and they donate to us regularly. They have everything in addition to having a grooming service.
Then there is us. Donations, volunteers, fosters, adopters all welcome! We are partnered with Maumelle Animal Services.
All of these are Maumelle oriented business. All places and keeping their sites sanitary. So please, support local! Your pet still needs to be cared for and for some pets, a regular routine does really matter!
