Just a wee post that every dog owner should have a wee read. Anyone who knows me has probably heard me mentioning bloat at some point, it’s something that I’ve always been so paranoid about with isa, but unfortunately my worst fear became a reality last night at 2am. Isa woke me up she was extremely restless, she couldn’t decide if she wanted to sit,lie down or stand and was pacing around the room. Within matter of minutes she was trying to be sick without success and became extremely stressed then her stomach went like a balloon and was rock solid. I knew straight away what it was and phoned the vet straight away. Big shout out to 3 bridges vets who seen isa within 20 mins of her first symptoms starting. Thankfully 2 months ago I got a gastropexy done at the same time as her spay that basically holds her stomach in place to stop it flipping and twisting and it saved her life last night. She is home and now recovering and is so much better. This post is more to raise awareness of bloat and what to look out for, time is crucial and knowing the signs will save your dogs life ❤️ Even with me being so strict with exercising before and after eating and not allowing her to move around much after eating it can still happen for no reason at all.

Finally getting round to posting photos from our adventure day a couple of weeks ago! A huge thank you to Amy for coming along and bringing her gang too🐶🥰 All the dogs had an absolute ball running around. We had a quite van on the way home too witch means tired dogs!🤣🤣
