We’re reaching out with an urgent plea. Ivana is running out of food to feed the dogs she cares for. These vulnerable animals, who have already faced so much, are now on the brink of starvation.

‼️ URGENT FUNDRAISER APPEAL ‼️

We are currently in an emergency crisis, for one of our dogs. And we really need everyone's support to help save a dogs life. 🙏

Even with insurance, vet bills are constantly on the rise and even good coverage is not always enough these days to cover all eventualities.

Right now we are trying to save Blue, a beautiful little Beagle who finally found her forever home recently. 🏡
Vets are currently supporting her kidney function on 24/7 care, also not forgetting all the tests to continue diagnosis. We will always do everything we possibly can for our dogs and this girl is a true fighter ♥️ but she needs all our help to keep fighting.

Unfortunately her vet bill is rising at an incredible rate and she is almost at max on insurance so to support this girls chances of survival possible... we now need to ask for help. 🆘

Many of you remember Emily's appeal on the chained Labrador.
He is a pure example of how rescue can make miracles 💔🥹

Now named Buddy, this gentle loving soul is looking at a new chapter of his life, and ready to find his people.
It's unbelievable and amazing at the same time seeing him so loving, trustful and grateful 🥲
I guess it's in his nature, I think he was an awesome dog from day of his existence, an unlucky one as he ended up chained in the yard of his owners.

He went through cold winters, hot summers, was feed with bread, and when we got him, we saw a lovely dog, with zero issues, so affectionate, playful, cuddly and loving......
Buddy is a sample of how pure, innocent animals dogs are. Just a simple touch, some food, a human voice makes his tail wagging constantly.....

The only remaining from the litter 😔 and he is just AMAZING 🩵🤍🩵

🎈🎊Tommy was found at around a month old on the dump with his mum Bonnie and 5 other siblings. We suspect Bonnie (the mother) was dumped their after giving birth to an unwanted litter. Although we are struggling financially, we could not leave a mother and her 6 pups to get run over by the passing cars.

🎈🎊Tommy is currently approximately 5,5 months and will be medium sized when fully grown. All the pups were reared by their mum in the safety of our shelter and are growing well and healthy.

🎈🎊Tommy is shy to start with, so will need basic training including toilet training, lead walking and learning to live in a home but he deserves the best chance.

🎈🎊He is well socialised with other dogs of all ages & sizes in the shelter and is absolutely fine with the cats there too.
We would happily put him in a child home with kids over 7+, just because he can be a bit nervous to start with. It is important for any potential adopters with children to note that rescue dogs require space, patience and respect so children must have experience of being around dogs and how to interact with them.

Found on the streets as a tiny puppy with her brother, Cassie is a medium sized 2-3 year old female. Her brother is already adopted in the UK, so now it's Cassie's turn!

This is a very special girl who is just so loveable and sweet natured. She just loves being next to you, giving you plenty of cuddles and kisses 😍
Cassie hasn't ever lived in a home so will need some training to understand home boundaries, but she's keen to learn and eager. She just needs her chance!

Cassie socialises well with dogs in the run at the kennels, although she can sometimes get overexcited. She could live with another young dog with energy but preferably not in a home with a quieter or older dog. 🐶

🐱 Not to be homed with cats.

Cassie can be jumpy, but just needs to learn some boundaries and have someone committed to help train her. She could live with dog savvy children, ideally 10+ but we may consider applications with younger children if they are experienced around rescue dogs.

He enjoys running with toys in his mouth especially balls, he is not greedy or pushy, he takes treats nicely, he will give you the toy from his mouth so you can throw it back at him and continue the play.

🌿There are some dogs that are so unique with some things….and her special power 🦸‍♀️is her kindness 🤍

🌿 The usual smell of a street dog is pretty bad... Well not this girl, she smelt of vanilla🌸

Clearly a home pet who has just been dumped... Imagine having a clean, happy dog and dumping her on the streets... 😡 I can only imagine the reason... She is growing, I am bored of her now! We hear it all the time... over and over again 🥴

The friendliest girl, sadly dogs that get dumped on the streets are usually clueless of what is happening and this means they are at risk... They don't understand busy roads or how to get food ☹️

Sadie is her name and she is a beautiful 7 month old girl, she will be medium sized when fully grown.

She is in foster care, clean in the house already and so friendly to all dogs she meets. She just loves being with people and other dogs... A true social butterfly 🦋

We truly believe she deserves a family that will LOVE her, not dump her on the street. She is just such a happy girl, responds well when she's called and will make the PERFECT family dog.

Sadie can live with children, just remember she is a puppy so all children (if any) in a home needs to be dog savvy.

The news report features Jess and her dog Mila as well
as Mary who adopted Molly and Chris who adopted
Ozzy, both in the summer last year. It is SO lovely to
see three Pawpers dogs playing on the beach together
🏖️

Today was a very special day at Pawpers in the Ruff. Not only did 4 of our dogs arrive in the UK but we have also featured on Channel Islands news! 🎬

Jess, who adopted from us earlier this year kindly agreed to run a feature on ITV for us and what a wonderful report it is! ♥️

The news report features Jess and her dog Mila as well as Mary who adopted Molly and Chris who adopted Ozzy, both in the summer last year. It is SO lovely to see three Pawpers dogs playing on the beach together 🏖️

Ivana, one of our volunteer rescuers who looks after our kennel dogs and feeds the strays in Macedonia (plus many other things) speaks about the problems for dogs in Macedonia. We are calling her the little poppet, cute little face, softy, crumb, dol and the list is long, and her name is MILA 😊❤️

She was abandoned in the park nearby and she was a love at first sight. She's the best dog ever, simply one wonderful creature that makes your day 🥰 wanting to play with every dog and running towards people with dogs wagging her little tail ☺️☺️☺️

Mila is love on 4 legs, she's very affectionate, grateful, loving. She weighs 12 kilos, she's a fully grown up dog with a heart like a puppy, soul like cotton and gentle character.
She is absolutely fine with other dogs regardless of size or gender. Takes her threats gently, not a greedy eater, shares the toys in kennels with her friends.
Mila is pure loveliness 🥰 proudly carries her name and meaning, dear or sweet.

Age approx 1-1,5 years
Spayed, vet checked, vaccinated and microchipped.
Tested negative on tick borne diseases and Brucellosis ✅ perfectly healthy little girl.

She can bring only joy and fun into your life ❤️
The way she looks at you while walking her it's priceless 😍 she is giving you that little smile 😊 saying thank you 💞 thank you for walking me, thank you for being with me ❤️
You can even pet her while she is eating and she is not making a fuss about anything. Young playful little thing…..enjoying every moment with people.
