**Sale Policy**

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE INQUIRING

1. All sales are final. All of our bunnies are sold healthy, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of sale. If the bunny you purchased should become ill or die within 24 hours of purchase, we will gladly replace the rabbit or refund your money. However, we will not be responsible for any vet costs. We will not replace or refund rabbits that have become ill or die due to stress, improper care, neglect, improper feeding, and/or improper handling.

2. No bunny will leave our care until they are 8 weeks old. They will be weaned at 6-7 weeks and held until they are at least 8 weeks and 1.5lbs to make sure they are eating well and healthy. We make every possible effort to correctly s*x our bunnies, BUT mistakes can happen when s*xing a young rabbit.

3. All of our bunnies are priced based on quality.

4. We cannot guarantee a rabbit’s show placement. I also cannot guarantee that a rabbit will be a good breeder or mother, even if they’ve reproduced for me in the past.

5. All of my rabbits are very sweet tempered, however, I cannot guarantee that any rabbit purchased will never bite or scratch. Under no circumstances am I responsible for any damage caused by the rabbit to personal property or any personal injury, such as biting or scratching

SALE TERMS:
PENDING: An inquiry has been made and I am awaiting a non-refundable deposit to HOLD, but feel free to inquire in case the sale doesn’t go through.
HOLD: A 50% non-refundable deposit has been made to HOLD the rabbit until it’s ready for a new home. The remaining amount will be due at pickup. After the deposit is made, it will be an extra $5 per week after the pickup day has passed. That is for care.
SOLD: A full, non-refundable payment has been made on the rabbit and it is no longer available.

Holds can be paid by cash or via paypal.

Please bring a pet carrier for bringing home your rabbit. It could be stressful if they aren’t in one because of a new smell.
You MUST let us know if the rabbit does not work out for you. Especially if it’s a show rabbit!! We will gladly take it back!
We currently do NOT ship our rabbits and we only will use private transport to transport our rabbits which you are responsible for hiring and finding.

**We want all of our rabbits to go to a loving and safe home. If we feel that they won't be then we have the right to refuse/cancel to sell you the rabbit at any time**
