Feeling so grateful for the opportunity to be part of last week’s horsemanship Clinic! A huge THANK YOU to Dan James of Double Dan Horsemanship + Elliot & Caitie Holtzman of Versitile Horesmanship for allowing me to share my unique therapy for both horses and riders! It was an honor to demonstrate how muscle testing, polarity balancing, trauma release, and nervous system regulation can create more connected partnerships.

Watching riders experience those “lightbulb moments” - and seeing a horse release tension is exactly why I love what I do. Thank you to everyone who participated, asked questions, and trusted the process.

Last week I had the honor of volunteering for the Stable Recovery program at Taylor Made Farms in Lexington KY.

I shared simple yet powerful techniques the residents can use daily to regulate their nervous systems, reduce stress, and release stored trauma. Watching them practice and put these tools to use right away was beyond inspiring!

Healing doesn’t always require complex tools. Sometimes the body just needs a little guidance to remember its own strength.

Grateful to contribute, grateful to serve, and grateful to witness hope in motion! 🩵✨

Making sure the horse’s pelvic muscles are firing correctly is super important in a performance horse - keeping them able to engage those muscles and stay balanced is what gives them the ability to push off, turn, get under themselves and give you their all in a competition.

If you’ve experienced my work, you know this is true, but I get it… it’s still hard to wrap your mind around.
For anyone wondering how some of my work is done without touch (such as tracing acupuncture meridians several inches away from the body to re-activate muscles), check out this research. It’s fascinating! 🩵
