Update -
Poppy and Lily have found their new home together and have started their trial. Thank you to everyone who applied.
Everyone,
Meet Poppy! Poppy is a smaller frenchie weighing only 9 kilos but don’t let her size fool you, she is very active and loves a game of ball.
Poppy is 5 years old, loves a cuddle on her terms and enjoys spending her days watching the neighberhood from the couch.
Poppy enjoys the car but only when in her car seat.
I don’t mind bath time as long as it’s slow & gentle over my face.
I am not walked out in public too much as I like to bark at dogs & am not a fan of bigger dogs.
Mum says I would make a great security guard/guard dog as I do love to bark at trucks & dogs passing our home, this is my biggest problem but my mum assures you I am the best fur baby she has ever owned and I truly am quiet a special girl.
I have no known health issues and eat the same food as my sister Lily! Royal Canin Gastrointestinal.
I know many commands, and i’m toilet trained. I cannot be crated - this isn’t the life we want and would prefer to find a home where we sleep with you at night and in our bed during the day.
I will come with everything I own, this will help me settle in while i adjust to my new life.
To be the right home for me -
it would be great if you were retired/only work part time/stay at home.
Financially able to keep me on Royal Canin Gastrointestinal.
Could you keep me with my sister? If so, we would love to go together.
We can relocate anywhere but to be honest we would love the interpersonal touch where you can collect us from our mum and she can meet you alternatively we work closely with pet transport and transport can be sorted (it’s very affordable) I have until the middle/end of Jan to find a new home so you could potentially have me after Christmas or before.
For an application please email us at [email protected] we are still receiving a lot of emails to the wrong email.
On your application you can write all about you a your life/circumstances/attach photos if you wish.

We are taking applications for them to be in seperate homes. At this point we are considering everything.
Everyone,
Meet Lily! A gorgeous fluffy frenchie!
Some of you may remember me as I have been available on frenchie adoptions once before. Due to an extremely private family matter I am back and this time my sister is available too! Could you potentially take us both on?
I am only 4 years old so still quite young. I currently live in Auckland (Pukekohe) You’ll be pleased to know my sister & i also live with a cat and we get along great!
I am ball crazy, toy crazy and love the water! Baths will be a breeze & i love them weekly! I have so much love to give, all i’ll want is to be in your presence an spoil me with praise & pats. I am such an easy girl!
Being fluffy, i need to keep my behind region shaven/trimmed. I’m trained to have my bottom wiped after number 2. We struggle with a sensitive stomach but when solely fed Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Kibble my stomach is well managed other than this I have no known health issues. You will need to be prepared to keep me on this. I am use to having food at to graze at 24/7
I know many commands and am toilet trained. I cannot be crated at all. We are definitely looking for a home where I will be able to sleep in bed with my humans at night but during the day I will sleep in my own bed.

This week has been super busy! Thank you for the overwhelming amount of applications for Lucy, Pumpkin and Louie it would be impossible to thank you all individually. We have found all three homes to commence trials - This was a really hard one as nearly every single application was a strong contender.
But there’s good news if you were unsuccessful we have another two we are needing to find the best of homes. (please do not ask why these two need to be rehomed, the matter is private) 😊 I will post more this arvo but here are their faces for now. Our email is [email protected], not gmail please ensure you are contacting the correct email.

Update 13/12 Louies applications are shut & he has found a successful home, trial will commence in January.
Louie,
Isn’t he just a beautiful man! Louie is 8 years old and is also looking for a retirement home. We have a big problem with aggression with other males and can strictly not be around them or we start severe dog fights therefore we really need to find a home which can cater to these needs. We are crate trained and leash trained. We are based in Auckland but have no preference on location on where his forever home is.
I do not come with any belongings so everything I need will need to be brought.
Update - 2:30pm 12/12.
We will shut Lucy’s applications at 7pm due to the overwhelming amount of applicantions in. 😁 We appreciate every single person for applying.
Lucy
Lucy is 7 years old and looking for the best retirement home out there.
Lucy is a little timid, but loves to be close by her humans and loves pats. Great with children and long periods alone 8-10 hours. Unfortunately i do dig holes 😂 Lucy is not desexed but we wouldn’t want someone trying to breed from her so desexing would need to be considered.
Fully crate trained, leash trained and knows a few commands.
Lucy is also based in Auckland but has no restrictions on where the best retirement home is.
If you think you can offer Lucy a great life please email me on [email protected]

Update -2:30pm 12/12 - We will shut Pumpkins applications at 7pm due to the overwhelming amount of applications. Without you guys we wouldn’t have SO many offers of great homes! ☺️
Meet Pumpkin.
Pumpkin is 7 years old and looking for a forever home. She is incredibly kind natured, great with children and fine with cats she knows so potentially could consider a home with a cat. She is very smart and obedient, we are toilet trained, crate trained and leash trained. We have no health issues. Pumpkin is based in Auckland but we are open to whoever thinks they can offer this princess a great life no matter where you are. 😊
Hi guys! Hope everyone is keeping well with the festive season fast approaching us 🎅🎄
We have three babies looking for homes, and I hope you guys can help. 😊

Leo has gone on trial to his new family. Unfortunately i cannot contact all applicants due to high volumes.
We thank you all for applying without you guys we wouldn’t be able to help people rehome. We often have them come up so please don’t be disheartened if you were unsuccessful.
Our email changed a few months ago, please ensure you are emailing us on [email protected] the old email will be closed soon.
I hope everyone has been keeping well! We have another frenchie who needs a home ☺️
Meet Leo,
Leo is 7yrs old. Currently based in Auckland an would prefer to stay in Auckland. He is very well behaved and very smart, knows many commands, and is completely toilet trained. He loves humans and children and other dogs. Leo has no known major health problems only a small grass allergy in certain seasons but easily managed with not playing on grass/antihistamines. Leo has great recall at home however when out at parks off leash could have typically frenchie ears. We have a problem with barking at other dogs when out in public which is excitement he wants to play with them this started at doggy daycare when he was younger.
Leo is looking for a home who can spend more time with him, ideally working from home/retired,
We expect applications to be large volume for Leo, which means i might not be able to reply to everyone if they are unsuccessful.
We are very happy to let you all know we managed to get Louis surrendered to another rescue we work closely with & pair him with one of the applicants who applied for him and he has successfully ventured off to his new home. We are so thankful to RRR for helping.
Ultimate goal for us will always be for the best outcome for the dog.

Thank you to everyone who commented & shared and applied. Zeus will be going out on trial. This is fantastic news & glad we could help.
We have another Frenchie in search of his forever home. ☺️
Zeus is 5 and a half years old, and has a beautiful big personality. Your typical frenchie who loves nothing better than to sunbathe, cuddle up on a couch, short walks and love his inner circle dearly.
Zeus is extremely protective over his home and family and has spent sometime working on these issues with a casual trainer but needs more time and consistency in hopes to resolve his protectiveness/agression issues.
Zeus has no known health problems except a minor grass allergy that flares up in certain times of the year but only requires an antihistamines for this.
Zeus is able to spend a full day alone but would prefer not too.
Zeus is crate trained & will come with his bedding etc.
We believe Zeus is best suited to a home with no other pets, and no children and someone who is prepared to dedicate the time to help Zeus with his issues. Zeus is based in Auckland but we are now looking for applicants outside the Auckland area in hopes to find his forever home.
Hi everyone! I have officially taken over from Kerrie & Tracey now. They have done a tremendous job with the page over the last five years with finding so many successful homes an pouring their heart, sweat & tears into this and it’s such a privilege to take over from them. I am really looking forward to the future of the page & ensuring to find Frenchies in need the best of homes, below is my biggest motivator. My wee Bob who is no longer with us 🪽☺️
Please keep an eye out on the page for any future adoptions that come up.

To all you wonderful followers out there, Kerrie here.
I initially started Frenchie Angel Adoptions NZ when my first Frenchie Lola passed away at 6 years of age. I wanted to help people connect with this beautiful and comical breed and in the process help those that needed it to find new homes.
So I want to say thank you so sooo much for your support over the years. I’ve met some amazing people, most not in person, but each and every one of you that adopted a Frenchie from us, thank you sooo much, you have made so many happy and given them wonderful homes. We are so sorry we couldn't help everyone get thier furever Frenchie and a lot of you missed out, so sorry about that but keep trying as the page will carry on. More about that soon as we have a lovely lady prepared to take this on and we will always be there to support all we can.
There have been some pretty crappy times too, but we have tried not to focus on the negatives, needless to say there are some awful people hiding behind a keyboard.
As you know we do this for the love of the dogs we rehome at no cost, just to find them the best homes. Just to reiterate we are not and have never been a breeding facility
Afterall, for us it’s all about the dogs!!!!!
The people, well most of them, are pretty awesome too.
Please help the new lady as much as you can and give her the support you all gave us.

Loca has now gone on trial - We hope this is the perfect retirement home for her. ☺️ If anything was to change this post will be updated. Thank you to everyone who enquired.

Yesterday little Miss Posey had her BOAS surgery! Thank you to all of you who donated to her Give A Little to help pay for this and make it possible 🩷 She is looking great with her new nose.
She will be recovering for the next week or so then she will be rehomed to her new forever family who she already loves so much! 🥰
Thank you to everyone who shared her post, her story donated to her Give A Little, and helped find her forever home. We had so much interest in the end, so sorry for anyone of you who missed out. Posey is so lucky 🩷😇

Hi all, Tracey here, number 2 volunteer at angel adoptions.
Firstly, don’t forget about lovey Loca looking for a home! She will make a wonderful companion / sidekick for someone needing some company.
Secondly, thank you so so much for your support over the years! I first came across Angel Adoptions when I adopted Oakley through them about 3 years ago, maybe 4 🫣. Some of you will know the story. It didn’t take long for me to bond with the other lady and next thing I knew, I was volunteering / helping out permanently. It’s been an absolute blast! I’ve met some amazing people, helped get homes for some amazing dogs and been there to support along the way! I’m still around for support for those of you that call and message me.
There’s been some pretty s**t times too, but we have tried not to focus on the negatives.
Afterall, for us it’s all about the dogs!!!!!
For those out there that ‘have video of our breeding facilities’ please share! I’d love to see these breeding facilities as I have never found them 😂😂
Anyway, enough of a ramble from me. Go squish those beautiful dogs of yours! ❤️❤️

After a lot of thought the 2 of us that run this page have decided we cannot do it any longer. Unfortunately, our circumstances have changed, and we are just not up to it any longer. We will continue on the 3 adoptions we are working on at present but will no longer run this page after they have found their furever homes. If there is anyone that would like to take over, we are more than happy to help transition you and will always be here to help along the way. We would transfer the page, Messenger page and email to whoever takes over and send all agreements, contracts etc to you to use. Of course, you can run it how you want and make whatever changes you like as it will be yours to run as you please. If there is no one that wants to take this on the page will close. We're sorry to give it up but we can no longer give it our all as before. We only hope someone will step forward to take it on. If you are interested please email [email protected]
Be the first to know and let us send you an email when Frenchie Angel Adoptions NZ posts news and promotions. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

About Us
Meet Lola aka Gunslick Angel of Mine and the inspiration of this page and our service.
We believe every Frenchie needs and deserves a loving home and sometimes situations change and Frenchies need to be rehomed. We are not here to judge, we are here to assist you in finding your Frenchie the perfect new home, where they can be loved and cared for forever.
All applicants are required to fill in an Adoption Application Form. We screen each applicant thoroughly including the home environment. We assist with the hand over and we monitor the placement for a month before the adoption is finalised.
This service is free, we do not pay you for your Frenchie and we do not on-sell your Frenchie. We do ask any potential adopting family to pay any travel costs to rehome if out of town and a possible small fee to cover spey/neuter if needed before adoption.
All we want is a safe and loving forever home for your Frenchie and to help those wanting to bring one of these wonderful dogs into their lives.
