Ever have an idea / experiment and the thought is better than the ex*****on?

I'm hoping these 24 mini sourdough balls --> rolls taste better than they look. They def didn't bake up like mini loaves 🤦‍♀️

Hubby said they look like Smurf hats. Someone else said like little gnomes. 🤷‍♀️

As always, baked with Sandhill Mill flours - this batch is a mix of high protein whole wheat and whole wheat Einkorn.

Jesus named the 12 Apostles (for the 12 tribes of Israel).

The 12 were: Simon whom He called Peter, his brother Andrew, James and John, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, Simon the Zealot, and Judas the son of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became the traitor.

He uses the same weapon to defeat the evil that each of us still have available to us today - The Word of God; The Truth.
