‼️New Foster or Forever needed! ‼️Please Share‼️

🩷Gracie continues to grow in confidence in her home. She is now able to walk on a long lead when she and her foster brother take walks at local quiet 🤫 parks and trails (She used to be afraid of the noise that the lead made when it brushed along the ground and 🍁 , but not anymore!) She seems to enjoy having a bit more “wiggle room” than she has on a 6-foot leash.

💜Gracie has also gotten a bit more comfortable with the sound of the wind. Before, she would not go outside if the wind was howling, 💞but now does so with a bit of coaxing.

She continues to get along well with everyone she meets, both people and 🐶canines. She gets excited to meet new dogs on her adventures and really enjoys meeting people, too. Gracie also likes her 🐱feline foster brother, although it sometimes seems like she’s a little afraid of him! 😀

Playtime🎾 in the fenced in yard has become a favorite for Gracie! She loves to run and play and enjoys a game of chase with her foster mom, too.

💗Gracie is a sweet, loving and beautiful 🐕dog looking for a quiet and safe home. She needs a family who will provide patience and space for her to explore new things at her own pace and one which will ensure her safety since she remains a flight risk. 💝

We are looking for somebody who has a sincere interest in being a part of and watching Gracie‘s journey to becoming a more confident dog.🦮 Gracie would do best in a home with another 🐶 buddy to help her grow more confidence!

Do you want to make a difference in a 🐶dog or 🐱cats life? Have you always wanted a 🐶dog or 🐱cat but you are unsure of the 🕰️time or 💵financial commitment it would require?

Afraid of getting 🥰emotionally attached to an animal and then having to let it go? Yeah, that totally happens! However, imagine being a part of five dogs finding their forever home versus you giving one 🐶dog a home. Imagine hearing how wonderful those five dogs are doing in their forever 🏠homes and knowing you were a part of that!

That’s what we do at and we want to tell you about it, fostering. Fostering literally is the difference between the rescue telling someone yes we can help you or no we can’t.

Yes, we have a temporary holding kennel. However, 🐶dogs do best in a 🏠home environment where their foster family gets to know them and they are not stressed by different handlers coming in every day and excessive time alone. That’s why we believe a foster environment is the best environment to bring rescue dogs into.❤️

We are a volunteer-based organization that relies on and to keep our temporary holding, state approved kennel running.💙

Over the last few months we have had several requests to take in cats and dogs and unfortunately 😢we are turning most away due to the lack of fosters. This includes different breeds, sizes, and ages.

We will have to continue to turn people and animals away if we do not have fosters to help us rescue. 😢

🩷What do our do? They provide structure, they introduce boundaries, and they will often teach behaviors, commands, and even tricks with our support.

👆🏻The most important quality is patience. 🐶Dogs and 🐱cats come to us from all kinds of situations and the most important quality we have found with any of our is patience. Giving a 🐶dog space to get familiar with their surroundings and learn the routine in a home. Giving them the 🕰️time to decompress in a new place. This is the most important thing that a can do for an animal.
