Our Story

We recognized the need for fresh, healthy nutrient-dense foods that are locally sourced and delicious. The onset of COVID-19 exposed just how vulnerable our food supply chain is. So we decided to do something about it. Indoor Acres is an urban farm dedicated to growing fresh microgreens indoors to prevent the volatility and supply chain uncertainty present in food grown outdoors.
