All website & Etsy orders were posted last week but I was back in my little work room today making one last collar for a friend before I closed it all down and gave it a much needed declutter. I can't tell you how good it felt ๐งน๐

Just a quick note about dispatch emails.
We're trialing a new sytem that automatically purchases postage once I've made an order and sends you a dispatch notification. However there will likely be a little delay in us actually packing and posting the order out.
Previously I would manually buy postage once I'd completed a large batch of orders and they were all packaged ready to go, the automatic emails would send that night and we would do a postal drop the next morning. However it left me with lots of open orders on my shop dashboard and me scrambling about trying to figure out what needed doing ๐คฏ
I'm hopeful the new process will help keep me more organised and save time when it comes to open orders. We just ask you to be patient once you receive your dispatch email for us to package and get your order out the door ๐ฎ
